The staff was very friendly and helpful..The location was convenient for shopping and meals. Buffet breakfast was reasonable and convenient. The room is very small but we managed.

Location is amazing and so close to shopping areas, and restaurants. We only used public transport once and walked everywhere from the hotel. However, the rooms are tiny. We booked a "4 person" room for our family of 4. The rooms are barely big enough for a couple, so be warned... the family rooms are NOT suited for 4 people. They are so small you can only open one suitcase at a time. We are not big people either.

We booked a twin room that was advertised as for sleeping 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids age 12 & 10. The room we were provided could barely accommodate 2 people. The staff was in agreement that the room was too small and the only thing that was offered was to book and pay for another twin room. The beds weee tiny like kids size beds. Terrible experience and absolutely not worth almost $600 that we paid for a two nights stay

The hotel does not have it's own parking site but it provided us a handout with detail instruction on where to park our car - the room is rather new and modern (bonus point on the huge bathtub) It's within walkable distance to Shinsaibashi, most of the staff are nice and friendly except for a few has a bit of attitude issue but overall it's acceptable consider the price I paid

Poor rating due to the terrible WiFi. As travelers, this is so important and Bespoke’s WiFi was basically not functional. Other than that, the location was great near Dotonburi. The rooms were small, but clean and have a fridge. There is a washer and dryer on the second floor, as well as a microwave, ice machine, and vending machine. Staff was also friendly.

The rooms were so dusty. Clumps of dust inside the bedroom that is why when we leave we open the windows to refresh the air. The headboard of the bed was especially filled with dust. Check in was at 3pm so they can clean the rooms but I don’t think the cleaning staff was trained well especially in Japan where most of the hotels we stayed in were super clean. There were many amenities missing in the bathroom. The refrigerator is barely working. The breakfast place on the first floor is if you purchase the ticket the day before it is ¥1,500 and if you walk in the day of it is ¥1,800. It does not make sense. Why should I be penalized the day I want to walk in for breakfast. The food selection is not that good either. Better grab something from Family Mart across the hotel. They have better choices. Concierge was not helpful in assisting us for checkout like we needed the cart which looks like a cart for delivering dirty laundry. I will not recommend this hotel. They need to train their front desk people to be more welcoming with guests. I didn’t expect this from a Japanese hotel.

The hotel was in great condition with modern decor, plenty of plugs and a spacious room. The area is a 10 minute walk from Dontonbori so is quiet but close enough you’ll not be short of options for eating/drinking. Staff were very nice and helpful, couldn’t recommend enough!

Good for the price(2 small rooms for family of 4 kids 13 and 10)for around $500(minus 250 using points). Hotel lobby is nice with coffee and breakfast (bread only) included. Not as close to train station and dotonburi though less than a mile walk each way. Limited restaurants within few blocks but multiple convenient stores. Overall, good for the price but might consider other hotels nearer dotonburi in hot summer days

Hotel is in a convenient but quiet location, close to 2 stations and near plenty of food options. Small rooms but there is a large communal area if you plan to spend time at the hotel. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed out stay at Bespoke. It was centrally located and not far from the main showing "canapé" street. The rooms were small but there was a large lobby with a dinning area that's open 24/7. Not much in terms of extra amentias. Staff didn't speak English well but were eager to help. We would consider staying here again. PJ were extra comfy!

The hotel is located in a central location. It has easy access to public transportation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a quick bite and offered coffee all day and pastries/bread in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

First of all, both Expedia and the hotel should stop displaying misleading information, there is no connecting rooms in the hotel so don’t book it if this is one of your requirements. Free bread and coffee are provided, which is a plus. The tidiness of the rooms are concerning though, we keep finding dirty spots, even mould, on the duvets, duvet covers and bed sheets. Also the toiletries and bottled water are not refilled everyday, seems like the staff don’t really check everything before they call it done.
