No problems with the room, very comfortable and great oven bathroom area. The check in process was like an in-scape room. Unnecessarily hard and no way to easy way to communicate with the host. The lobby was boiling hot and the lift was like a sauna. Check in was difficult, we encountered many other people all in the lobby trying to get into the building. There were no knives, as it is an apartment, i had planned to make toast, there were also no teaspoons.
