The location is very good, 5 min walk to the heart of Dotonbori, so no need to worry you dont have food at night. Staff is very friendly, they will use translate machine to talk to you. Make sure everything is okay for you. The room is actually clean, just the fact that it is a quite old building, so you can imagine it is a motel like Day Inn or Quality Inn that kind of style. With this price, no complaint with the space provided, bathroom is a bit small but there is a small living room space so it is not just a bed. There is a proper desk and coffee table. Again it is just a bit old. But water is hot and the strong, this is the best thing I like for a hot shower.
