Upon dealing with the owner, I had a few questions regarding suite entry as well as rules for her property, She has always responded answering all my questions and I appreciate the prompt communication As for the suite itself, it’s so convenient for the metro and the convenience store as well as super close to nice shopping areas and amazing restaurants I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here myself as well in the future! ##### Sue M. The apartment is a good size for Japanese standards. No stains on the bed.Areas of opportunities - cleanliness & communications. Apartment had been cleaned quite lightly. The pictures attached here speak for themselves. As for communications with the host, after the entry code was provided to us, communications was non-existent. We reached out multiple times (via the VRBO app and also via the email address posted on the front door to the apartment) - no reply was sent. We did not feel confident that we would have been supported had there been a serious emergency but it sure would have been nice if the host could have arranged for the night table light to be repaired and some new towels to be provided so we could have used them to cover up the stains on the sofa.
