Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful. Can get a quiet night sleep. Walking distance to supermarket and amenities store. Train station 10 mins walk and has its own shuttle bus to train station.
