Villa features individual home with 1500 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath to sleep 8 guests comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two decks and a gas grill will setup you up for enjoying your stay. The property includes a huge swim dock on one of the no wake coves, swimming pool from May through September and a 30 foot boat slip and launch directly from Holiday Shores private access. I now book five units to accommodate everyone. This particular unit has always been well-maintained—the owners keep it updated, it’s clean, and I never have to worry about issues. We used to stay in the lake-tier units, but the steps have become too challenging. Since the resort is built on hills, accessibility is always a concern, but this unit has minimal steps and is conveniently close to the pool, which is perfect for the ladies who spend most of their time there. At first a little bummed because we thought we would be right on the water but there is easy access to the water so that made it OK.
