The Topsider Condo Complex features two beach-style zero-style entry pools with swim up tables and water loungers, community firepits, and elevators for stair-free access! Kitchen and Dining Area This gorgeous kitchen is as stylish as it is functional. Featuring sleek black stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, an island, a Keurig coffee maker, ample counter space, and plenty of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen. There is a breakfast bar with seating for four and a formal dining table with four chairs and bench style seating. Living Room Step into a bright and inviting living space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that frame a breathtaking view of the lake. There is a plush sofa, oversized chair, an accent chair, and a flat screen TV mounted above the electric fireplace. Sliding glass doors open to your private lakefront balcony. Master Suite Wake up to lake views in the master bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in.
