Welcome to Topsider Vista! This condo features three spacious bedrooms, two with En suite bathrooms, an amazing patio overlooking the pool, luxury finishes and décor, plus a 12x32 boat slip available for rent down at the community dock! The Topsider Condo Complex features two beach-style zero-style entry pools with swim up tables and water loungers, community firepits, and elevators for stair-free access!   
  
Kitchen and Dining Area  
  
This gorgeous kitchen is as stylish as it is functional. Featuring sleek black stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, an island, a Keurig coffee maker, ample counter space, and plenty of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen. There is a breakfast bar with seating for four and a formal dining table with four chairs and bench style seating.   
  
Living Room   
  
Step into a bright and inviting living space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that frame a breathtaking view of the lake. There is a plush sofa, oversized chair, an accent chair, and a flat screen TV mounted above the electric fireplace. Sliding glass doors open to your private lakefront balcony.   
  
Master Suite  
  
Wake up to lake views in the master bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. There is an attached master bath with a spacious double vanity sink, a large closet, and a walk-in shower.  
  
Bedroom 2  
  
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a closet, nightstand, mounted flat screen tv, and an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo.   
  
Bedroom 3  
  
The third bedroom features a full over queen bunk bed, a closet, nightstand, and mounted flat screen TV.

Outside you will find a dining table with seating for six, a lounge area with a sofa and two chairs, and an electric grill. You have a perfect unobstructed view of the lake and the two pools that the complex offers.

This condo is located in the highly sought-after Topsider Luxury Condo Complex. The Topsider Condo Complex features two beach-style zero entry pools with swim up tables and water loungers, community firepits, and elevators for stair-free access! Fitness center is coming soon!  
  
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.  
  
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:  
  
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.  
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.  
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.  
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.  
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
