There is nothing like watching an Ozark sunset from one of our three decks or relaxing with a glass of wine in our hottub. Our home is designed to accomodate large groups and families. Every one of our bedrooms is spacious and offers comfortable beds, private sitting area, in room television and a private deck. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom as well. You will appreciate the large open living room and dining room area as well as one of the only sunrooms in a home on Margaritaville that allows for 180 degree views of the lake. Our kitchen is well stocked with all of the items that you need to prepare meals and a grill is provided as well as ample outdoor seating so you can enjoy your time at the lake. You will see why our guests come back year after year. Our home is located in the Estates section of Margaritaville and guests have access to the community outdoor pools from May-September. Additionally, for additional fees guests can contact the resort and utilize their Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark, bowling alley, miniature golf, spa, arcade, billards bar, horse riding stables, fitness center, the Landshark bar with swimup bar and beach, and three other dining restaurants. The resort offers several other outdoor pools that are available seasonally as directed by the resort. If you are a golfer you will be in heaven with access to a 9 hole and 18 hole Championship Golf Course. If you are bringing a boat there is a convenient unloading area as you enter the resort and you can rent a boat slip at Margaritaville during your stay. They also offer onsite boat, jet ski and paddle boat rentals. Our house is located at the 25 MM in the center of everything. The view was spectacular and it was a perfect house! We called one of the rooms the kid’s “apartment” and the 3 boys hung out and slept in there. We were able to rent a boat easily from Margaritaville and went to the outdoor pool (free) and indoor waterpark (fee). The home is beautiful, with unbeatable views and close proximity to all Margaritaville has to offer. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful—leaving us a sweet welcome gift. We headed to the Ozarks for a softball tournament and have never been to MO before. We wanted to make sure we enjoyed our time in between games and took in the beauty of the lake. We couldnt have picked a better house- The Bluff House was even better than the pictures! The house was so cozy and had everything you needed - kitchen was stocked, soaps, blankets, towels and beds were very comfy. We cooked a few meals at the house and used the grill which was in great shape! The deck was the perfect place to eat and watch the sunsets. Check-in was so smooth and Irma reached out several times to check in to see if anything was needed. There were so many nice little thoughtful gifts for all of us staying there- it was truly the best VRBO experience we have had. The Bluff House alone, is a reason that we will be coming back to the Ozarks. ##### Stephanie H. The lake view and hot tub was a huge hit. The hosts were amazing and very responsive when needed and also even left a gift for the children to use.
