This 3-bedroom, 2-story home offers sweeping views from its open dual-level decking, a quiet place to enjoy the tranquility of lake life without any of the maintenance. Whether you’re on a family getaway, a fishing trip, hunting expedition, or just seeking the perfect combo of a relaxing and energetic getaway, you won’t want to miss out on the B.R. Guest House! Head out on foot toward Redheads Yacht Club, less than a 10-minute walk away and housing a variety of options for you to pass the time. From Redheads Lakeside Grill offering up delicious local fare in a family-friendly atmosphere, to the High Tide Day Club for more adult-themed fun with pools and live entertainment, there’s something here for everyone! If you’re dying to get out and explore the waterways on your own, charter a yacht or rent a tri-toon for an adventure you’ll never forget. A bit further from the home lies Margaritaville Resort housing its own golf course, indoor water park, restaurants, spa, horseback riding, and more. Whether you stick close to home or set out to explore, there’s no wrong way to enjoy Osage Beach!  
  
The cozy interior will make you feel instantly at home, with spaces designed as much for comfort and relaxation as they are for gathering and entertaining. Sink into the sofa seating in the living room as you stream a new movie on the mounted smart TV. Just around the corner, the spacious, eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for all your mealtime needs, featuring all major appliances and rich wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Dine together at the table with seating for 4 or turn up the evening fun with an energetic card game. The outdoor firepit is the perfect way to end a long day, toasting up delicious s’mores and enjoying an evening cocktail as you reminisce about the day’s activities.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa and a full futon in the living room.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and deck access. There is also a twin rollaway in the closet of this bedroom.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed, smart TV, and deck access.  
  
Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin beds, and TV.  
  
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
\- Washer and dryer in home.  
\- Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles, with enough room to park a trailer.  
\- Pet friendly! 2 pets maximum (must be under 30 lbs). A daily pet fee of $25 will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.  
\- This home is equipped with a security camera located in the living room windowsill, monitoring the front door/porch.
