Kept up-to-date and very clean. Minimal signs of wear and tear. Kitchen had all necessary utensils and related items. Plenty of parking. The dock was in excellent shape and great for hanging out with family and friends. Swimming of the dock was perfect. Air conditioning, which has been a problem for us at other lake houses in the past, was perfect at this property (granted, the outside temperature was only in the mid-80s). Location on the lake was great with access to groceries and restaurants very close by. Probably the best part of the experience was how professional the management company was. Consistent and clear communication from booking until departure. That has not always been the case with other rental companies (we have been renting lake houses for over a decade and this was by far the best experience in this regard). I visited the property first by myself and my family came a day later. It was a blessing to spend time here alone. I actually got a little turned around in the downstairs because there is so much space. Which is a great thing!! Everyone had their privacy but had many spaces to be together. I'm not sure if they hadn't truly opened it up for the season yet because it hadn't been throughly cleaned but honestly, it was not anything to contact the property manager about. It was close to a lot of places for an adventure and fun! My only wish is that we would have come here later in the summer to play in the water too.
