Onsite Boat/Jetski Rentals! Perfect location, this waterfront retreat is in the heart of Osage Beach 1 mile off Hwy 54 near Margaritaville and the state park. Minutes from everything the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer! Great for family and friends! 4BR/2B. Room for up to 12! Parking for 4-5 vehicles (no trailers). Tucked in the back of a calm cove. Dock with swim platform. Includes aqua mat,& water toys. Convenient ONSITE boat & jet ski rentals available through King of the Lake LLC weather/lake level permitting! This wonderful lakefront home has a swim dock and a free flow floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. Wifi throughout. Equipped with smart tvs with streaming. New deck with 3 patio tables and charcoal grill. Fire pit. Includes indoor board, putt putt and card games. The main level boasts a newly remodeled kitchen with a stainless steel dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sink, and granite countertops. Full size coffeemaker and Keurig. The kitchen table seats up to 8\. The kitchen flows into the living room, which has an electric leather couch, two chairs and an adjustable wall mounted 55" tv with streaming. The living room has a sliding glass door that overlooks the lake and leads to the new deck. The main level has two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and 32" tv with streaming and the other has a bunk bed with a full bed on top and a queen bed on the bottom. The bathroom is off the kitchen between the bedrooms. It has a tub/shower combination. Stairs on the main level lead to the upper loft area which has space for a queen air mattress (which can be provided upon request--please ask at the time of booking), a large desk, and a bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and 32" tv with streaming. The downstairs area has a living room with a pub table, a bedroom with a King bed and 40" tv with streaming, a sofabed (full size bed), a bathroom with a shower, and a storage area complete with a new washer and dryer for guest use. Starter supply of paper products provided. Basic spices provided, along with a starter supply of paper products. Entire home Jennifer and Brad live in Lake Ozark, and strive to meet guest needs. The home is in a neighborhood in the heart of Osage Beach down the road from Lazy Days condominiums and the Harley Davidson dealership. It is minutes away from the Outlet Mall, shopping, restaurants (both water and land), Bagnall Dam, the Strip, state parks, golf courses, and much more. The home features a large driveway. Please see the photos. Uber, Lyft and taxis are available. No trailer parking. Must be 25 to rent. Will consider renting to younger guests who are at least 21 and responsible. Please message us. Renter is required to sign a House Rental Agreement before check-in containing standard rental terms such as limiting the number of guests to the amount stated in the reservation (which may not under any circumstances be more than 12) accepting responsibility for leaving the property in the same condition as on arrival or being subject to additional charges, accepting liability for damages exceeding the damages deposit/insurance limit (if applicable), holding Lessor and Owner harmless from any liability for personal injuries or property damage to Renter and any person Renter allows on the premises. NO PETS. NO TRAILER PARKING ON PREMISES. NO TRESPASSING ON NEIGHBOR’s DRIVEWAY. Renter also accepts all house rules, must provide names and ages of persons occupying the premises during rental, warrants that Renter is at least 25 years old and will be on the premises throughout the entire reservation. Renter and occupants may be immediately evicted without refund for any illegal act, for disrupting the neighbors, or damaging the premises. Security cameras may be on premises. No sitting on deck railings. Use of premises, dock, and swim platform, and swimming is strictly at the risk of the user. NO DIVING off dock. Check in information is sent after the completed rental agreement is received. Self check in with a door code. Must be 25 to book. Will rent to younger, responsible renters who reach out in advance of booking. The weather was not the best for our weekend, but the house and amenities made the weekend a hit. It sits in a quiet cove where you can sit and relax or enjoy some lake time fun. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. Love the set up. The downstairs is someones own little oasis. The only downfall is the drive. Very steep but we knew that going in. We were able to park two full size pickups and a SUV with room for us to easily get in and out of our cars. Communication with Jennifer was good. Great fishing off of the dock! No complaints about the house, it was perfect. Also had a lot of extras like laundry detergent available, soap/shampoo/conditioner, basic spices. That was an added bonus. The drive way is steep, the pictures kind of flattened it out, but we got in and out with a minivan, with no problems esp if you back in and just park parallel to the house. The location of the house is great too, you feel pretty removed from the bustle but the main road is just a few minutes away and grocery stores/bait stores are within 10 minutes. ##### Christina F. It was convenient also to book the boat/jet ski we needed through the homeowner. There was plenty of room to congregate as well as to break out for private time. The dock was great for swimming and having the paddle boat and swim mat made it even more fun. Awesome fishing off the dock so the kids were having fun in the evenings doing that too. The only short fall was the driveway. Way too steep and small for more than safely parking 2 or so vehicles so we had to park a few of our vehicles offsite given my larger SUV. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic and the owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating as needs or questions arose. The racoons are no joke so you can't leave any trash out. We leveraged the deck box on the patio for storage so we did not have issues until trash day on Wednesday. Highly recommend that location and accommodations. Easy access to the lake with your own dock. We were able to rent the boat on the property for the day. Could not find any forks or spoons, but wasn't a major issue. May want to make a note that the driveway is very steep. Other than those little things, house was great, rooms were nice. We enjoyed our stay. Clean with great access to the lake. Driveway is very steep and scary though. We all dinged up our cars getting out if it. Only downfall of the house was a broken chair that once I sat on broke immediately. Got a minor head injury and cuts and scrapes on my arms. ##### Brianna A. The location was great and the boat rental add/on option was perfect for our group. The owners responded to any questions we had very promptly and were very friendly. Renting the boat and jet-ski was super smooth, and much better than dealing with a marina rental. The extra included lake toys were a great addition to dock time - kayaks, paddleboat, lily pad. It is in a quiet cove, but also very close to lake attractions! The boat rental through the property owners was fantastic, and a great deal compared to other boat rental options on the lake. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the lake. The property was very clean and was well stocked. It is located in a quiet cove. The boat dock had a table and chair set on it that the family appreciated as we spent a lot of time down there.
