Pet friendly Margaritaville area Spacious 2 bedroom home has been recently updated with guest comfort and pet friendly features in mind. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and attached bathroom. Guest bedroom has two queen sized beds with a split floorplan design for maximum privacy. Scenic Views: Enjoy picturesque views of both the lake and the golf course, creating a peaceful space to enjoy family time. The outdoor space includes a large covered patio with an outdoor Tv and a propane grill. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The full-sized kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including the convenience of a full-size coffee pot or Keurig machine, catering to your culinary needs. The home has pots and pans and dishes, so it is equipped to make your favorite dishes. Modern Washer and Dryer: Make use of the modern washer and dryer, ensuring convenience and efficiency during your stay. Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind on the outdoor patio, complete with a private grill for BBQ evenings and ample seating for enjoying the breathtaking views. Central Heating and Air Conditioning: Stay comfortable year-round with central heat and air conditioning, a luxurious feature in this area where most homes rely on wall units. Entertainment Options: Home entertainment is taken care of with complimentary WIFI smart TVs, and hulu live TV package. A 65-inch Smart TV is provided in the living room, with additional 50-inch TVs in each bedroom and a 44-inch TV on the covered outdoor porch. Note the outdoor TV will not operate when the temperature is below 45 degrees. Nearby Attractions: The location is convenient to local lakefront bars, a shopping center in the heart of Osage Beach, and various waterfront dining options. The Margaritaville main resort is only several miles away including Landshark bar and Grill. Margaritaville has some paid amenities accessible to the public please refer to their website for prices and hours of operation, some activities may not be available depending on the season and day of the week of your stay. This home has private ownership and is not related to the resort. I am unable to directly answer questions related to resort access. Red Head which has a unique dining experience year round is within 5 miles. Please check directly with any place you intend to visit prior to your arrival as hours and availability may vary depending on the season. Renters have access to two unique homeowner and guest-only code access pools, adding to the luxurious experience of staying in this community. The Home owner and their guest pools are often less crowded than public access pools. Pools are seasonal and close after sept 7th. Osage Beach and the surrounding areas have many activities available in all seasons. Some local favorites include Celebration cruises, Ha Ha Tonka where you can visit the Castle ruins, Big Surf water park, 4 local caves, numerous wineries, state park locations and more. Check with each location regarding seasonal hours of operation. With its unbeatable combination of luxury amenities, breathtaking views, and convenient access to local attractions and activities, this vacation home can provide an unforgettable getaway for guests seeking relaxation and recreation alike. Disclaimer: Security cameras are present only on exterior areas this includes one camera at the front of the house facing the parking spaces and one camera in the rear of the house facing the rear entrance. They record video and audio only on motion and are not actively monitored. The check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10 am.. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed at house. No boats or trailers. Rental of this house includes access to 2 outdoor estate pools and there are several local pools open to the public. Pools are seasonal and will close sometime after sept 7th. Rental of this home does not include access to indoor pools or fitness center. Pet policy. Dog must be on a leash when outside per hoa rules even in parking lot areas. Maximum of one dog allowed. THE MAXIMUM occupancy of this house is 6 people per fire department regulations including visitors. In order to keep the cleaning fee as low as possible, I am unable to accommodate a late check-out. Early check in policy. An early check in may be requested the day before your stay and is based on availability. Mid October, the neighborhood was nearly deserted offering peaceful retreat with nature sounds and quiet. Beds were very comfortable, etc. The galley kitchen was sparse (not uncommon for rentals) so if you plan on staying awhile and cooking, plan on bringing favorite cooking equipment, dish towels, etc. They do have a Mr. Coffee as well as a Keurig. Overall very comfortable. Least liked thing was the shower which had a low flow shower head with no detachable spray nozzle. ##### David S. House rules and checkout info were straight forward and we found them easily. Appreciate a dog friendly VRBO! Plenty of room for kennels. Bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. We just closed off one of the bedrooms, but would have been great with kids or our parents where we would both have privacy. Kitchen has basics for cooking. Lots of things to do in the area, fall was a nice time to visit with trees changing, cooler weather for hiking, and the neighborhood was quiet to come back to. The hole the house is on was not used at the time of our visit so some people were using the land to play catch or just walk. There were plenty f towels, dishes, and cooking gear. All appliances were in good working order and having the washer/dryer was a big plus. Most of our house needs were met with a few exceptions: 1\. No dish towels in the kitchen 2\. Spiders in house especially in the bathroom 3\. Several of the hanging slates on the blinds in the living room were missing or broken and fell off when we tried to open the binds. 4\.
