Minutes away from shopping and dining. Perfect accommodation for your family vacation, golf trip, or shopping getaway. Very close to waterfront restaurants and bars such as Dog Days, Shorty Pants, Redhead Yacht Club, and Backwater Jacks. All accessible by land or water. There is NO TRAILER PARKING at the complex, however the state park at Public Beach Access 1 or 2 allows trailer parking for a small fee. With 2 King beds and a Queen over Queen bunk in the 3rd Bedroom, (all brand new mattresses) everyone can sleep comfortably in their own space. During the day, relax on your deck while boats cruise in and out under the Grand Glaize Bridge, enjoy the sun in the family friendly pool, or have fun fishing off the dock. There is a fish cleaning station at the end of the dock. The kitchen is "fully equipped" with everything you would need. All linens and towels are also included. The owners have the property filled with all the things you would need for your stay. Normally when we travel we bring all sorts of zip loc bags, plastic forks, knives and cups. The next time we stay there we will just bring our clothes and not have to travel with extra items. The location is awesome. They are 5 mins from major restaurants and other shopping.
