Built in 2007 but recently renovated. Just 2 minutes from PREMIUM OUTLET MALL, Dierbergs, DICKS sporting goods. 3 Bedroom (1 king bed, 3 queen beds), 2 Bathroom . Master bedroom with Jacuzzi Tub and Shower, Free Wifi and Washer/Dryer, Fully furnished kitchen, 5 Large Tv's with Cable (Smart 55" Tv in Living Room with Access to Netflix), surround sound and new grill. Unit is on 4th floor also has access to the elevator, which is a real plus. This includes boat slip that is a 12x32\. You can see the boat slip from the deck. This is a clean unit. This unit was not used for a rental until late 2015\. Games (Mexican train, other kids games, sequence game), cards, puzzles and movies are at the condo for your use. Very close to restaurants and the grocery store, and with the cozy fireplace and comfy sectional we were able to fully relax during time spent at the condo.Property manage was very responsive to a couple of small needs- when there were no dishwasher pods in the unit she had some delivered within a couple of hours. We really appreciated that.It was too cold to enjoy the large screened in balcony, but it would offer another wonderful place to relax and take in the views in nicer weather. ##### Emily R.
