Amazing Views, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Free Wi-Fi The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go! Our guests appreciate the open and comfortable main living area. You'll love sitting out on the Deck that has an amazing view overlooking Parkview Bay, the Lake, and the serene state park just across the water. Bring along your laptop and log onto the Internet at High-Speed! The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Weber Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque! The spacious Master Suite has a King-Sized Bed and private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Second and Third Bedrooms offer comfortable Queen-Sized Beds and Cable TVs with DVD players. Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. BOATERS: Our 30' Boat Slip is available upon request (an additional fee applies). We can coordinate larger and additional slips depending on availabilty. The slips are those you see in the covered docks behind the building in our photos, all of which are privately-owned requiring specific assignments. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel. Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. Only suggestion is window coverings. There are no blinds or curtains on living room sliding glass doors and no tint. Sun blasts in the room at sunrise. Main bedroom has curtains on sliding glass doors but they are white, don’t cover completely, and don’t reach the ground. People on patio can see you changing in your room unless you go in bathroom and close door. The sun is also relentless if you are trying to sleep in or nap!!! The apartment was conveniently located close to our favorite lake dining spots. It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The master bedroom was HUGE! I could get my morning workouts done without disturbing others in the TV room. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets for the chilly nights. The patio was our favorite evening hangout, boasting stunning views, ample seating, and a grill for dinner. The dock slip was an elevator ride and a short walk away. Aug 18, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication The rental was quiet and spacious with a beautiful view. The screened patio was great in the mornings and evenings. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper/paper towels, phone chargers galore and lots of coffee - all of which was much appreciated. Our rating has more to do with the lack of professionalism of the property management company. He sent us the incorrect dock slip information which we were unaware of until we had our boat docked and other renters tried to bring their boat into the same slip. Rather than simply apologizing and sharing the correct details, he proceeded to harass us and the other renters who he assigned the same boat slip to. He also thought it was appropriate to call me after 11pm, stalk me on social media, and accuse us of conspiring about how his mistake was discovered. There are also other "plus" items such as coffee pods (plenty)housekeeping items, spices, etc. The condo has a stereo system which is becoming a thing of the past- we loved it! The Towers property is well kept and the indoor pool and whirlpool are great amenities. Jason was great to work with, as well. Great experience. ##### James P.
