The 180 m² chalet extends across 2 storeys and consists of a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms with king-size beds as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable/satellite television, a games console, a washing machine and a dryer. A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request. The chalet guarantees pure relaxation, starting with the indoor sauna to relax after a long day in the outdoors. Afterwards, you can relax in the pool on your private open terrace on the first floor. This is a portable hot tub that is equipped with a bubbling rubber mat to create a Jacuzzi feeling. It is set up outside on the terrace when needed. Here you will be able to spend the evenings with tasty dinners from your barbecue while looking over the garden and enjoying the great mountain panorama. On the first floor, the balcony with a sunbed is perfect for morning coffees. Due to the apartment’s central location in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei), you can easily reach supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and a pharmacy within 5-10 minutes on foot (400-700 m). Bus stops are also only 4 minutes (260 m) from the building. In summer, the region invites you to go hiking or cycling in the nearby Dolomites or to the famous Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi), only 9 km (a 12-minute drive) away. Many great skiing areas can be explored in the winter season. In addition to the Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi), the Sellaronda skiing area with state of the art lifts is a 40-minute drive (22 km) away. The area also offers fantastic cross country ski tracks and toboggan runs. South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) is located a 45-minute drive or 37 km southwest of Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei). The property has a garage available for parking. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible. Ski storage is available. Lots of windows and two balconies looking at alpine meadow. Wij waren positief verrast door de luxe en netheid van het huis. Alles was aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf! Onze groep bestond uit 7 personen, hier was het huis goed op uitgerust. Rustige buurt op loopafstand van de skiliften. Goede bedden en mooi ingerichte badkamers. Het huis biedt mooi uitzicht over de bergen. De keuken is goed uitgerust om ook heerlijk thuis te kunnen eten en drinken. Grote garage onder de woning met verwarmde opslag voor skischoenen en ski’s.
