The central location in Ortisei, Val Gardena is unparalleled. The St. Ulrich church square, pedestrian zone, shops (including the bakery and the primary grocery store), restaurants, and various other amenities are a mere 150 meters from the residence. Here, you'll also find the first bus stops. In winter, both skiers and non-skiers will adore the location. The renowned Seceda cable car, linking you to the even more famous Dolomites Superski area and the legendary Sellaronda, as well as the La Curta escalator system, are only 200 meters from the home, easily accessible by foot both for your departure and return. For those passionate about sledding, the Rasciesa funicular with its dedicated track is located just 500 meters away. In summer, the location remains unmatched. Beyond the Seceda cable car, situated 200 meters from the house, a short walk brings you to the beginning of the enchanting Val d'Anna or to the picturesque Luis Trenker promenade. Val d’Anna is renowned for being an ideal family destination, equipped with a playground and activities for both adults and children. Especially noteworthy is the Emozion Col de Flam adventure park, allowing visitors to experience thrilling emotions with its zipline and adventure trail. Apartment Frea stands in a uniquely enviable position in the center of Ortisei, the heart of Val Gardena in the Dolomites. The property also offers garage parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, ski storage, and free linens and towels. Pets are NOT allowed. Characteristic two-story apartment, with two bedrooms, a garden, and can accommodate up to 6 adults. This apartment stands out for its traditional Tyrolean stube and rich elements of antique wood, which blend with more modern features, offering a perfect combination to fully experience Val Gardena and its ambiance. The apartment is spread over two floors connected by a staircase. On the upper floor, you'll find a living room (a typical Tyrolean stube), a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a window, equipped with a bathtub with an integrated shower, toilet, and sink. There's also an entrance connecting you to the house's garden. On the lower floor, you'll find a bedroom featuring a double bed and a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a window, shower, sink, and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes, and much more. The garden, overlooking the Dolomites, has a lovely rustic terrace with seating and a table, allowing for outdoor dining when the weather permits. The apartment is located on the ground floor (one bedroom is semi-basement) and is accessible only using stairs or an external ramp. There is also an internal access from the garage. Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are provided for free. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 6 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
