The interior blends modern elements with traditional Alpine charm to offer maximum comfort to those spending their holiday in the heart of the Dolomites. The property features a double bedroom with access to a terrace and veranda, a bright living room with open-plan kitchen, double sofa bed and a panoramic balcony, a bathroom with window equipped with bathtub, shower, bidet, sink, toilet and washing machine, and a lovely garden at the entrance. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials for your stay in Val Gardena, including dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, oven, kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery. This apartment is surrounded by beautiful outdoor spaces and offers not one, but three different areas to enjoy. At the entrance there is a charming garden, from the living room you can step out onto the panoramic balcony, and the bedroom provides direct access to the stunning terrace with covered veranda. The property is located on the first floor, but from the parking area it is necessary to go down some stairs to reach it. Pets not allowed. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
