Villa Hankelma has under gone a massive transformation in 2023
Our villa has had a new pool jacuzzi and a completely new marble terrace ,with new pool tiles ,It now has a very modern look
Our Villa Hankelma is a large 6 bedroom villa , Hankelma has 3 100% disabled accessible bedrooms and wet rooms, great for wheelchair access or for people who struggle with stairs. Our villa has a very modern feel. All amenities are a very short stroll only a 2 minutes walk.There is wifi available in the villa also English tv channels
We have only recently decided to start renting so hopefully we will get more reviews soon
We have now installed a pool slide, for adults and children , i can assure you its great fun
There is a games room to enjoy , with xbox,pool table and darts
I can supply transfers from Dalaman airport to our villa and the driver will have the villa keys

The website does not show the fact one of the rooms was an outside annex. Very dated property. Absolutely not clean. Hairs everywhere, stains all Over bedding. Toilets were covered in faeces. So disappointed with the inaccuracy of the photos on Vbro. Would definitely not recommend them again and will be telling others. Shocking to mislead people like that.

My family had a fantastic time at Hankelma. Owner was fantastic and was more than happy to answer any questions we had prior to our visit. Lovey family villa and my kids had an absolutely amazing time and loved the water slide!! Any problems the maintenance man respond and deal with any problems we had! Would defo visit again!

Family holiday at villa hankelma

We have just returned from a family holiday at villa hankelma and was one of the best holidays experienced in Dalyan. The location is fantastic being only a short walk from the high street with plenty of bars and restaurants on offer. The villa is fantastic with ample space for 7 adults and 3 under 10s. Outside the pool and dining area is brilliant but the icing on the cake is the water slide where the kids were up and down all day and the adults enjoyed it just as much!! Wayne is fantastic and always on the end of the phone or a text away if you have any concerns. We will definitely be staying here again

An amazing holiday was had due to the location and the luxury of Hankelma Very private with the mature trees and bushes It really is only 1 minutes flat walk to the supermarket and the nearest restaurant and bars Our children ( and adults ) really enjoyed the pool slide The owner Wayne was very helpful and made the booking process easy and secure We will 100% be returning Boat trips are a must Wayne even arranged our transfers

Great Villa great location

Perfect for 10 adults with 5 en suite rooms nice kitchen and dining area. There is also an annex for 2 additional people. Pool area is great for lazy days and evenings. Totally secluded yet within a few minutes walk to the main street with dozens of bars,restaurants and even more shops. Fully recommend Dalyan. Numerous very good restaurants, it's perfect as everything is in walking distance and very flat. The local people are extremely friendly and can't do enough for you. Can fully appreciate why so many people return year after year.

First time out of season for us we did Xmas and new year. The villa was lovely and warm and quilts are available for all bedrooms. We stayed in a few nights and cooked for guests . There is plenty of cookware and crockery although I would recommend a garlic press. . Although it is very quiet this time of year I would highly recommend a stay as you get to see the real dalyan. Security around the villa makes you feel safe and the owner is always available on phone if any issues. Promptly sorting any issues. I would happily stay here again.out of season

Perfect location in Dalyan and new slide was a hit with the kids

Had a wonderful week at Wayne's place in Dalyan. 12 of us stayed (6 adults and 6 kids) and there was plenty of room for all. The villa is located right next to a park with a place to kick a football, a basketball ring and an outdoor gym. It's just a couple of minutes to the supermarket and into the heart of the town with loads of fantastic restaurants and shopping. The slide was a wonderful addition and the kids used it constantly during the week. The bedrooms are modern and spacious with plenty of room to unpack. The house faces the rock tombs and we enjoyed sun-downers on the top floor balcony watching the sun set behind the mountains. There's lots to do in and around Dalyan. This year for the first time we tried white water rafting which was fantastic. Although it included grade 4 rapids, we felt safe and were in good hands - one of the boat leaders was the Turkish Rafting Team captain! We had a Turkish bath at Han which was great. Also did boat trips to 12 islands and a dive trip. Would definitely stay here again.
