### Charming Loft Above Organic Shop: 4 Bedrooms, Terrace, Near Hiking Trails & Golf

Gîte on the upper floor of an organic produce store on a main road (busy road, but the gîte is set back from the road).  
  
Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with reverse osmosis system, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, and dryer. A living room with a balcony and a 42-inch TV.  
Two bedrooms, each with two 80x200cm beds (a 160x200cm bed is also available).  
One bedroom with a 90x200cm bed and one bedroom with an 80x190cm bed and a trundle bed for a child. A crib is available upon request.  
A bathroom with a 130x100cm shower and a toilet area with a sink. Separate toilet.  
  
Shared parking at the store.  
All-inclusive gîte (energy charges, sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning).  
  
Access to a small shared garden and an organic grocery store where you can do your shopping. Located in the Avesnois Natural Park, with direct access to the D934, 3 minutes from the Valenciennes, Lille, and Brussels motorways.  
  
If you're looking for comfortable and cozy accommodations, Gîte Epi'Nature is the perfect place for you. This renovated former stable offers a fully equipped attic apartment that can accommodate 5 people and a baby, upstairs with a private terrace.  
  
Facilities and attractions are also nearby, including a playground, an old washhouse, and marked trails for hiking, mountain biking, and cycling. The Mormal Golf Course, Mormal Forest, and the Gallo-Roman City of Bavay are also nearby.  
  
3 km from Le Quesnoy (all shops, New Zealand Liberation Museum – TE ARAWHATA), 15 km from Valenciennes, 30 km from Maubeuge, 45 km from Mons (B), 53 km from the Val Joly tourist resort, 67 km, 80 km from Lille. Saint Amand les Eaux thermal baths are 30 minutes away.
