"Everything was handled beautifully from beginning to end. We were in room 5, upstairs and it felt like we had a lovely studio apartment all to ourselves. The room was laid out beautifully and the soft colors of the room were very relaxing. Very quiet spot, even though it's less than a block from the highway. Beautiful neighborhood to walk through. We particularly enjoyed spending some time in Bidwell Park. Our only regret was only having one night there. We are already looking at our schedule...

"My family and I traveled to Paradise, California for a graduation. Our stay at the house was peaceful, quiet, and we enjoyed the weather. The check-in and check out were easy, instructions for the house were explanatory, and communication with the owner was pleasant and responsive. The interior of the home is impeccable. Some of the sleepers aren’t in the best conditions, but aside from that, I highly recommend staying here!"

"This is a great house with a wonderful pool. It isn't heated so keep that in mind if you travel in cooler months. The house had everything we needed. The wifi worked great, I needed good internet for work and school. There was plenty of room for our large group."

"This house and property are truly exceptional! The hosts and onsite manager were fantastic. Inside, the house exudes a luxurious cabin ambiance. There are stunning views everywhere you turn. It easily accommodated our large group, providing ample space for everyone. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying the breathtaking views was an unforgettable experience. "Perfect place for our get together. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Probably the cleanest vrbo that I have ever stayed in. It had everything that we needed, except that I would have loved a tv in each bedroom. On the minus side, the paintwork in the bathrooms needs a little attention. These are minor issues though because we had a great stay."

"We have an infant and toddler. This was perfect for us because they had a travel crib and black out curtains ready for us. The house was decorated so cute and was nice and clean. AC in each room and was on before we got there so the house felt nice during the hot summer. We could easily walk to downtown, the farmers market and lower Bidwell. "We are family friends coming up for Dad's weekend, so we were close to the sororities, campus, and downtown. The house had plenty of parking in the back, a large yard, a clean and spacious house, and lovely amenities. The host was extremely gracious and responsive. We had a wonderful time!"
