The house, equipped with air conditioning, is positioned on the hill behind the church and enjoys an enchanting panoramic view of the town and the gulf of Orosei. The structure is developed in 2 levels: the ground floor, the oldest part, with an area of about 70 square meters, which preserves the original architecture with various testimonies of life from other times, including an ancient brick oven and an oven fireplace that was used for cooking the typical "carasau" bread. The floors and walls were made with reference to the prestigious "cement tiles" and glazed terracotta tiles that make the environment elegant and pleasant. On the ground floor, in addition to the entrance hall and the bedroom, there is an additional bedroom and bathroom. On the upper floor, with the same surface, there is a large double bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen room all connected to the panoramic terrace. Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, war es ruhig.Den Parkplatz, welcher zur Wohnung gehörte, haben wir nur am ersten Tag mit Parkeinweisung des Vermieters genutzt. Wenn man es nicht gewohnt ist mit einem 5er Kombi diese engen Straßen zu fahren - so wie wir - dann sollte es man lieber sein lassen, was überhaupt kein Problem war, denn direkt 5 min vom Haus gab es an einer Hauptstraße genug freie Parkplätze, so dass man sich nicht in diesen engen 2.00m Gassen quetschen musste.Der Vermieter ist Klasse und mehr als hilfsbereit gewesen!In allem:Sehr zu empfehlen - wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen … ##### Salvatore A. Alles war wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse ist toll, man hat einen sehr schönen Blick über die Altstadt von Orosei und kann sogar das Meer sehen. Wir waren sehr froh über die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist super - wir waren mit einem E-Auto unterwegs und durften nach Absprache mit den Vermietern sogar direkt am Haus laden. Sehr empfehlenswert! ##### Mirjam H. Alles war wunderbar, alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Waschmaschine, Filterkaffeeautomat, Geschirrspüler). Parkplatz für ein Auto ist vorhanden, man muss nur wissen, dass das Auto nicht breiter als 2 Meter sein darf. Wir können das Quartier und die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter nur wärmstens empfehlen. Bei Sprachschwierigkeiten hilft Google oder die Tochter des Vermieters. Wir würden jedezeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. ##### Gina K. Es ist ein historisches Gebäude, aber innen mordern, gepflegt und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es ist etwas besonderes in einem solchen Haus die Ferien zu verbringen mit einem großartigen Blick über die Stadt und auf das Meer. Die Kirche, die unmittelbar in der Nähe ist, läutet ab 7 Uhr, war für uns überhaupt nicht störend, im Gegenteil. Dies gehört dazu, direkt im historischen Zentrum von Orosei zu wohnen. Supermärkte und gute Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben! Franziska ##### Anita Maria S. Located in the centre of Orosei, this house offers a lot of space and therefore is ideal for a small family. The equipment of the kitchen and the two separate bathrooms is quite new and absolutely complete. We had lot of space to place our hiking and paddling equipment and enjoyed preparing our meals in the modern kitchen. The highlight however is the big terrace with a beautiful view over the roofs of the city center and to the see. If the night would have been warmer in September, we would have spend there all night. In wenigen Schritten ist die Piazza del Popolo zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Restaurants finden sich fußläufig. Zum Greifen nah findet sich auch der Glockenturm von San Giacomo. Das erste Läuten findet morgens um 7.00 h statt - man hört es, es stört aber nicht wirklich. Unser Sohn hat es regelmäßig überschlafen. Nachts wird nicht geläutet! Das Haus selbst ist in sehr gutem Zustand und war bei unserer Anreise sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Im Erdgeschoß findet sich der Eingangsbereich. Hiervon geht ein Badezimmer ab sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Durchgangszimmer, durch das man ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem Bett erreicht. Geht man die Treppe hoch, erreicht man die Küche, die komplett ausgestattet ist. Links findet sich das Schlafzimmer mit einem angeschlossenen Badezimmer. Vom Schlafzimmer erreicht man einen Balkon, von der Küche eine Dachterrasse. Von beiden hat man einen tollen Blick über die Dächer des Ortes bis hin zum Meer und in die Berge. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Beide Badezimmer verfügen über eine Dusche mit Duschkabine. Zuverlässig war warmes Wasser mit gutem Wasserdruck verfügbar. Die Schlafzimmer haben Fenster mit innenliegenden Fensterläden und sind mit Insektenschutz versehen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern gelang problemlos. Da wir kein Italienisch sprechen nutzten wir den Google Übersetzer, was sowohl im Vorfeld wie auch vor Ort sehr gut funktionierte. Piera und Claudio waren vor Ort zuverlässig per Whatsapp erreichbar und halfen bei zwei kleineren Problemen (defekte Kaffeemaschine sowie Stromausfall wegen herausgesprungener Sicherung) in - tatsächlich - wenigen Minuten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus von Piera und Claudio genossen und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. ##### Elke S.
