Jardines del Mar III boasts an impressive outdoor area, featuring a round swimming pool measuring 20 x 10 meters with a depth ranging from 70 to 270 cm, available seasonally from June 1 to September 15. Families will appreciate the dedicated children's pool and playground, while an outdoor shower provides added convenience.

Please note that the property owner does not accept youth groups. Additionally, there are a few potential disturbances to be aware of, including the proximity to a motorway (900 meters), a main road (300 meters), a railway line (300 meters), and a nightclub/disco (300 meters). The neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected.

While Jardines del Mar III is located on the outskirts of Oropesa del Mar, it's only 3.5 km from the town center. Nearby attractions include the Parque Acuatico "Magic World," just 1 km away. For those interested in water activities, a sports harbor is situated 6 km from the property, and a golf course is within a 22 km radius. The nearest railway station, "Oropesa de Mar," is 3 km away, making it convenient for travel.

You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that measures 50 square meters and is located on the 5th floor. The apartment features a practical and comfortable furnishing style. It has a living/dining room with a dining table, digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The living area provides access to a terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan, and another with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, and a freezer.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with a bath, bidet, and WC. It has a boiler with a capacity of 47 liters, but heating is not available in all rooms. The terrace measures 12 square meters and is furnished with terrace furniture, offering a view of the sea. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, WiFi internet (free), and reserved covered parking at the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking unit, but one pet or dog is allowed. A smart TV is also provided.
