Marina d'Or: Torremar is a large apartment block located in the heart of Magic World, offering a central and sunny position just 300 meters from the sea and 250 meters from the beach. This family-friendly vacation rental features a shared garden, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 70 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), children's pool, outdoor shower, and children's playground with slide and swing. Conveniences include an elevator, roofed parking at the house, and public parking on the road (suitable for small to medium-sized cars). Within proximity, you'll find a supermarket (100 m), restaurant (200 m), and the town center just a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy amenities such as Swimming Pool, Yard, In Village, Internet Wifi, Parking, and an Installment Plan.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a shared garden area and a seasonal swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 70 - 240 cm, available from July 1st to September 15th). Children can enjoy a dedicated children's pool, an outdoor shower, and a playground featuring a slide and swing. The apartment block offers roofed parking on-site as well as public parking along the road, though it's important to note that the parking spaces are suitable for small to medium-sized cars only.

Please note that entertainment is available during the season, making it an ideal choice for families. However, groups of teenagers are only accepted upon request, and the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected.

Nearby attractions include the Jardín Encantado, located just 500 meters away. The property is situated within a 10-minute walk from the town center and is 3 km from the Oropesa de Mar railway station. A children's playground is also conveniently located 200 meters from the apartment block. The sandy beach is a mere 250 meters away, offering easy access to the beautiful coastline of Oropesa Del Mar, Spain.

Unit Layout  
You can expect a 3-room apartment with 60 square meters of space on the 4th floor. The living/dining room features bright and modern furnishings, including a dining table, digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. It also has an exit leading to the terrace. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan, and the other with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. The kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with free Nespresso capsules. The bathroom features a bath, bidet, and toilet. Additionally, the apartment has a boiler with a 50-liter capacity, although heating is not available in all rooms. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A reserved parking space (number 176, roofed) is available at the house.

The apartment is situated in the "Torremar Vistas Mar" complex and is designed for non-smokers only.
