Marina d'Or: Torremar is a large apartment block located in the heart of Magic World, offering a central and sunny position just 300 meters from the sea and 250 meters from the beach. This family-friendly vacation rental features a shared garden, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 70 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), children's pool, outdoor shower, and children's playground with slide and swing. Conveniences include an elevator, roofed parking at the house, and public parking on the road (suitable for small to medium-sized cars). Within proximity, you'll find a supermarket (100 m), restaurant (200 m), and the town center just a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy amenities such as Swimming Pool, Yard, In Village, Internet Wifi, Parking, and an Installment Plan.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a shared garden area and a seasonal swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 70 - 240 cm, available from July 1st to September 15th). Children can enjoy a dedicated children's pool, an outdoor shower, and a playground featuring a slide and swing. The apartment block offers roofed parking on-site as well as public parking along the road, though it's important to note that the parking spaces are suitable for small to medium-sized cars only.

Please note that entertainment is available during the season, making it an ideal choice for families. However, groups of teenagers are only accepted upon request, and the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected.

Nearby attractions include the Jardín Encantado, located just 500 meters away. The property is situated within a 10-minute walk from the town center and is 3 km from the Oropesa de Mar railway station. A children's playground is also conveniently located 200 meters from the apartment block. The sandy beach is a mere 250 meters away, offering easy access to the beautiful coastline of Oropesa Del Mar, Spain.

The Torremar is a 3-room apartment with an area of 60 square meters, located on the 5th floor. It features a bright and practical layout with a living/dining room equipped with a dining table, digital TV, and a flat-screen television. The living area provides access to a terrace. There is one room with a French bed (135 cm wide and 190 cm long) and a fan. Another room has two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long). The apartment has a kitchen area with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, and a freezer, along with a hatch. The property also includes a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet. Heating is not available in all rooms.
