Oceanfront Bliss - New Listing! Welcome to our slice of PARADISE! Completely updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath (corner unit!) condo, direct oceanfront on the sunny shores of Ormond Beach. 10 minute drive to Daytona beach, this prime location offers a quieter setting, uncrowded beaches on a NO DRIVE beach, yet super close to all Daytona has to offer! Upon entering, you'll be immediately drawn to the vast ocean and beach view out the glass sliders. They are STUNNING! Living room, dining and kitchen all open to each other for ideal flow and entertaining. New LVP flooring, freshly painted, with a fully equipped and updated kitchen. Primary bedroom is large and roomy with a King bed and glass sliders out to the balcony plus large picture window, both overlooking the ocean and beach. Watch the waves roll in from your bed. Primary bedroom has a spacious walk in closet and its own ensuite bathroom w/ roomy stand up shower. 2nd bedroom also good sized with two twin beds plus twin over twin bunk bed, with adjacent 2nd bathroom w/ tub shower- fully updated. In unit washer/dryer for added convenience. HEATED large outside oceanfront pool is a sure guest favorite! Cable TV in living room & both bedrooms + WIFI internet provided. Assigned parking spot is right next to the elevators. The views from the balcony are outstanding, which can be enjoyed as well from the living room and primary bedroom. Our condo is a highly sought after corner unit, allowing natural light to flood the space from windows on 3 sides- rather than just 2 in most other condos- plus balcony opens on two sides so you can see close up ocean/beach views and also miles down the shoreline. What's more? The Ormond Beach Publix Shopping Plaza is directly across from the condo, SUPER convenient! Walk to get your groceries and dine/shop at the plaza's shops and restaurants. The complex our condo is located in, Indies House Condominium, is a consistent guest favorite, very well maintained and enjoyed by owners and guests alike.
