The check in process was super organized and the home fit the descriptions mentioned on the listing. There was a slight pet odor in the garage and the house also had a slight smell which indicated the previous owner possibly being a smoker; but by no means was this a deal breaker, and I am someone who is super sensitive to those types of smells. The pool in the backyard is clutch and the beach is only a short walk away even for our little ones.
