Consider this wonderful ocean front condo your home away from home for your next visit to Ormond by the Sea.  
  
This beautiful 1,100 sf unit features 1 bedroom with comfortable king bed, 2 full bathrooms each with stone tile walk-in showers, in-unit laundry room, upscale open concept kitchen, and cozy living room. This condo is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach or exploring all that the area has to offer!  
  
The entire unit is recently remodeled and newly furnished to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guests will enjoy the matching wood-look porcelain tile throughout the condo and amazing ocean views from large windows and sliders throughout the unit. Remote control electric roller shades on all living room and bedroom glass provide privacy and sunshade.  
  
The living room offers an up-close ocean view that never disappoints. The entire east wall of the living room is floor to ceiling glass sliders (providing access to the balcony) and a large window is located on the north wall. Enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean and the shoreline as far as the eye can see. A 75-inch wall mount smart television makes this space the perfect place to relax, read, or enjoy frequent sightings of dolphin, schools of fish, and many varieties of sea birds. Even an occasional whale is spotted offshore!  
  
The large balcony running the full width of the unit provides an even more amazing view and access to the salt air and coastal breeze! Watch thunderstorms off the coast and take in the frequent rocket launches from Cape Canaveral to the southeast from the comforts of your covered and very private balcony! The design of Fairwind Shores (and especially Unit 205) is such that no other surrounding unit can see onto the balcony of any other unit. Plus, unit 205 is on the very front of the building so you see nothing but ocean, left-right-forward!  
  
The spacious bedroom suite provides an amazing oceanfront view from the king size bed. Within the bedroom suite is a 70-inch wall mount flat screen smart television, a large walk-in closet and dressing area, and the ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.  
  
The open concept kitchen features white granite countertops, dark wood cabinets, an expansive island with waterfall edge granite top and ends. An adjacent dining spot features an Ashley bar height farm style table and swivel stools. The kitchen is equipped with a large, deep, stainless sink and matching stainless appliances. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and serving of meals.  
  
An additional large full-size bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and storage is just off the kitchen. The in-unit laundry room provides guests with high efficiency Samsung stacking washer and dryer.  
  
Guests have access to the common area pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard and grills located in a well-kept area behind the complex. Underground assigned parking is available (1 spot) for guest use during the stay along with ground level parking immediately behind the facility. Limited beach equipment (typically two beach chairs, umbrella, cooler) is available for guest use. Private beach access is available via walk-over immediately in front of the facility and Unit 205.
