Would have thought there might be a reduction in the fees as we were without electricity due to hurricane Milton. The only problem is that we like TV at night, we are not partiers. So the TV issues should be fixed for future folk. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed listening to the waves, went across the street to get coffee, and down the road to Publix. We found a couple of fantastic restaurants nearby and the neighbors were quiet. It is an older building and that wouldn't stop us from staying here again. ##### Amy S. Easy beach access, plenty to do/eat nearby! The beds were comfortable and the owner left us all necessities that would be needed! The floors could have been cleaner, our feet were black on the bottom if you walked barefoot inside the condo. But, overall this condo was great!
