We had so much fun taking advantage of the house's amenities - everything from the roof deck with beautiful views, to the heated pool, the dock access (to crab, to kayak from), and the totally decked-out kitchen made our stay a real pleasure. Our kids (four of them, ages 6 - 11) took advantage of the game room and loved having the lower level to themselves. All the adult couples had their own space to retreat to, and the gathering rooms were big enough and comfortable enough to be all together when we wanted to. LOVED the huge dining table for dinners all together. The house is perfect for a family gathering like ours - beautiful setting and luxurious amenities, but not soooo crazy fancy that we were stressed the whole time about keeping it perfect. Wonderful property that easily accommodated the entire family of 12 to 14\. The kitchen was perfect for numerous meals - breakfasts, lunch and dinners - and a large group. Also great space for meals pool site with amazing views, as well as meals in the sun room. Plenty of sleeping space and flexible for adults and older teens who really enjoyed the downstairs hangout / game room. The pool was a hit, plus easy to paddle boarding off the dock. The morning sunrises - from almost every room - were beautiful. Especially loved the view from the Master and the private roof deck off the Master. Great way to start every day! This home is the perfect vacation home for all ages. Our youngest is12 years old and the oldest 74\. The elevator was key for the parents and the basement was a great escape for the kids to get away from all the adults. The view was spectacular at all times of the day and night from inside or outside of the house. This home has everything you need for cooking and dining and the dinnerware supply was endless. The beds and futons were all very comfortable but my only recommendation would be - when renting the sheets to ask for deep pocket sheets for the mattresses are thicker. The house is very impressive and in one of the best locations we have ever stayed. On arrival we were immediately struck by the absolutely fabulous views over the inlet and out to the ocean beyond. It actually took us a while to unload the cars because we all just stood in the garden and by the pool to take in the view! There were 15 in our group, a mixture of adults and teenagers and there was plenty of accommodation to suit everyone’s needs. The house itself has absolutely everything you could possibly require for a vacation with a group of this size. It was really refreshing for us all to be able to sit together at the huge dining table and have dinner together. The house is really well laid out and lends itself to a sociable relaxed vibe. If the teenagers weren’t in or by the pool, they were playing pool or hanging out in the den. For the adults there were quiet spots to read, walk and go for that early morning jog! One of the real highlights was the upper level roof terrace. At sunrise, sunset or anytime in between it really is an absolutely superb spot to just take in the view, relax and enjoy probably one of the best vistas of any home on the Cape. Along with my wife and I we had our four children, their spouses/boyfriend, and four grandchildren. The house is large enough to give space and privacy but not too big that anyone felt lonely. The large glass dining room table was the centerpiece of both great meals and fun game nights. Everything was as it was described on the website. The kayaking was a bit hit, while the heated pool was amazing. Alex was a great host, all I had to do was text him my question and within a few minutes he replied. One of our family members lost her necklace in one of the bedrooms and upon departure I contacted Alex and asked him if he could have the cleaners be on the lookout for it. They found it and Alex mailed it to me – thank you Alex! If you want a great family vacation, this is the perfect house in which you can make that happen. ##### Charles L. Amazing kitchen with two of everything, fridges, ovens, dishwashers. Since we like to cook this was perfect. Wonderful heated pool and views of the water. . Great proximity to the beach. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing off the dock. The heated pool was great especially when we had a few cooler days. We were blessed with amazing weather and took full advantage of the pool, dock and roof top deck. My wife and I discovered the beach at Ponchet Island after kayaking over from the house and had a half mile stretch of southern end of Nauset Beach to ourselves on the first full day of Summer. It's absolutely beautiful and the house is in great condition. The heated pool was great and you could stare at the views of the ocean all day. It was a quick drive to nearby restaurants, shopping and grocery stores, which made it very easy to go out when we wanted or needed. I had all that I needed to do that. The home was clean and safe. We had a great time in the pool and the boys enjoyed the pool table nearly every evening.
