« Best stocked kitchen and bath of any rental I’ve stayed in. Plenty of dishes, cookware, kitchen towels (!), and bath towels. I asked if there was a particular cooking item available - it was not routinely, and the host made sure to have one there when we checked in. Home was clean and comfortable. »

« Great location. Close to RIT and family in Chili. Furniture was very comfortable and it was nice to have the space to spread out and have our dog with us. The radiant heat made it very comfortable in the chilly temps. Would definitely stay here again. »

However: Upon arrival, nothing had been cleared of snow (luckily, it was no more than two inches deep), the house was chilly, the bunk beds were not made, it was too dark in the entry way to see the keypad… Living room furniture needs upgrading. The windows look to be original and allow in lots of cold air, causing bedrooms to be a variety of uncomfortable temperatures (either too hot or too cold).
