Location: airport location makes travel plans easy
after traveling most of the day hotel was relaxing and comfortable

Two day break.

A mix up with booking times was soon sorted out by the desk manager. Good hotel with good food and great staff. It has everything the wife and I needed, including a hot spa, mmmm nice.

Just an overnight stay, but everything was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient shuttle service to and from the airport.

Solid Stay

Pros: Friendly staff and Valet
Cons: Windows need new tinting, as ours was fogged and visibility limited.
Location: Centric for our itenirary
The hotel is a relic of the early Disney Days on the outside. On the inside the look I is fresh and the staff is welcoming. They responded with gestures of extras...such as internet. Surprisingly internet was not included in our room charge. This is quite strange in these times. But they accommodated us with no hesitation. The rooms were redone with nice finishes. The bathrooms/tubs were relics, but vanities and TV were state of the art.

Beautiful hotel

Just stayed one night, but I would gladly stay here again. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I wish I could've enjoyed the pool, but I did eat in the restaurant. It was great food and such a good atmosphere. I will be booking my next stay through them for sure.

You need 2 desk chairs for the computer tables. Two or more people are using devices per room in most rooms. We always enjoy our stay. This was our 3rd stay a week each time. Location is great!

Close to the airport

Shuttle service to the airport. Nice restaurant and bakery close by. We bought an apple fritter to go with our coffee. I was slightly disappointed not having wifi in my room however. Computer in lobby to be able to check in and issue boarding passes before going to the airport.

Bad condition on rooms

We had 2 families staying and both families had to be moved 2 different times from one room to another. Rooms were dirty, mildew was bad on bathrooms, tiles on bathroom were falling, baseboards were falling, a/c not working, leaking water!!!!! It was terrible and all they could do is to give us breakfast. Not staying in this place ever again!!!!!
