Champions Gate is a wonderful and complete resort! The community sits only 15 minutes from Disney World, with extremely easy access to I-4. One of the best Orlando area vacation condos by far!  
You will find inside the complex all the services that you may need as groceries shop, restaurants from breakfast to dinner, banks, gas stations, and a lot more for your convenience.  
There are so many amenities for your entertainment as a beach style pool with water slides, sand volleyball courts, cabanas, and a tiki bar. The clubhouse has two full bars, a full arcade, and plenty of outdoor seating to soak up the beautiful weather. You will always have something to do in this amazing resort!

Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.  
  
\* Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb.  
  
\*Forgotten Items Policy: If we locate a forgotten item, we will be happy to assist the guest in arranging its return. However, we cannot take responsibility for forgotten personal items, their recovery, or any potential losses during the process. We strongly recommend that all guests thoroughly check all areas of the property before leaving, including drawers, closets, under the beds, inside bedding, and other potential hiding spots.  
If the item is found, we will contact you. The guest can either pick it up personally or choose to have it sent via postal service, subject to a $30 fee + applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Our hosts were very responsive! This property is very strict on security and the host was very proactive in helping us navigate any issues we might encounter. My only complaint is that the property charges to use the grill, which feels like a basic amenity at a vacation home that should be included.

#### Beautiful home wonderful hosts.

This house is beautiful with lots of space for everyone. It was very clean and had something for everyone. The hosts were wonderful at communication and responding immediately. Check in was easy and smooth with great directions. I left a valuable and sentimental necklace there when we left and they did everything to get it back to me. They were amazing with that,and it was so appreciated!! a couple things that we noticed that could be done to make the stay better was that there were no hotpads in the kitchen so we kept burning ourselves trying to take things out of the oven with a towel. Also a couple pool towels would be great to put in the house since there was only 1bath towel each. The last house we rented in the same neighborhood had 8 pool towels. When you fly you cant pack those and they are 15 dollars per towel at the club house to purchase. Last thing is the blankets on the bed were extremely light and only one blanket. Were were all freezing every night. Some extra blankets in each bedroom would be highly recommended. Otherwise overall a wonderful stay. Thanknypupurchase thing couole things

#### Thanksgiving at universal studio

The home was beautiful!! We had an awesome time. There was just some things thst was left behind like funongs from the last family. Hair was in the tub and on the floor. Ine of the bed sheets was dirty. The outside of the house need to be power washed. Some of the sinks faucets in the bathroom was nit working if there was two sinks. The hot sude was cut off. There is a dent on the frig diir. One if the theaters chair was ripped. The master bedroom was cold no heat coming out of the vent. . But overall it was a great place and it was our first AB&B.

#### Good property in need of work

Overall the property was acceptable, there was a fairly high number of damaged parts to the house. (Walls, toilet paper holders, etc.) The electronics felt dated and the oven specifically didn't cook very well.(didnt even know ovens still come without a convection setting) During our stay there was a number of times we had to contact security due to loud neihbors in the surrounding area partying til security was contacted at 2 am. #### Great space for group!

This worked really well for the group of us coming from out-of-state for an event. Plenty of bed-beds (bunk beds can be hard for athletes) and bathrooms which is critical for a group for sure. Nice spaces and amenities for the group while offering every couple in the group their own space. Worked well, communication was good even when we briefly set off the fire alarm and it was easy to get us all in and out as needed. Lovely stay!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves at this home. The home is spacious! Plus the Oasis pool facility with the water slide and lazy river was a hit with the kids!! We would definitely stay here again!! 🤗

The only complaint I had was the furniture was worn out. No firmness to the sofa or dinning room chairs. However every bedroom the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

#### Awesome Family vacation

A great place to come home to after a day out. The fast passes at the gate we never hit the long line. It felt like three master bedroom's. And the open floor plan really kept the family together. My first time using VRBO they were great to work with it all went so smooth.

#### Wonderful place to stay

Everything was clean and in good condition. It worked great for an extended family staying together like ours with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Great extras such as theater room, game rooms, private pool, etc. It was about a 30 minute drive to Disney parks in the morning with traffic. Highly recommend.

#### Great Place and Close To Disney Attractions

We loved this place. We have been to Cheer Summit the last 3 years and this location and house has by far been our favorite. The rooms were awesome and comfortable. The location was absolutely PERFECT!! And the response to our questions about guests getting in were done in a very timely manner, which was much appreciated. If you have a large family and kids, it's a great place for them. Plenty of room to hang out, play games both in the play area and online and the pool was fantastic!! I especially enjoyed the living room set up, as it allowed for all of us to sit and chat after a long day of parks and cheer. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!! Marisa

We had a fantastic stay in Champions Gate. It was the perfect retreat to get away from the crowds after a busy day at the theme parks. The house was as described and had fantatsic facilities. We would definitely stay again.
