The beautiful gated Solterra Resort is located within 15 to 30 minutes of the many Orlando theme parks, golf courses and airport. This spacious, professionally decorated, quality furnished 3300 square foot, single story, 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom, pool home is the perfect place to relax between your various vacation outings. Entering your modern vacation home you immediately feel the 12 foot high ceilings, 8 foot tall doors, all tile floors, and the open, light, floor plan design with views the Great room, Dining room, kitchen area, your private pool with a peaceful conservation/nature area view. INDOOR SOCIAL AREAS: Inside the home there are three social areas. The Great room, the Retreat and the Game room. The Great Room has new quality furnishings including a 75 inch Sony TV,, Vizio sound bar sectional sofa and accent chair. All are very comfortable. The Retreat is adjacent to the kitchen and is a second living room. It is also quality furnished sectional sofa, 65" flat screen TV, Blu Ray player, and XBOX 360\. The Retreat is the perfect place for reading, relaxing or for the kids to enjoy! The Game Room is air conditioned with Air Hockey, Foosball table, Ping Pong table, Vizio sound bar and a 45" TV with a Play Station 3. THE KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and all stainless steel appliances, an electric kettle, Crock Pot and three coffee makers; Keurig pod type coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker, or the luxurious Nespresso machine! All this with views of the Great room, Dining room, Pool area and Breakfast nook. The large 30X15, screened, heated pool has a child protecting security fence. The outdoor area is complete with pool toys, 4 lounge chairs. The extended Lanai has a rattan patio sofa and outdoor dining for six. OPTIONAL \* Energy Charge is $25 per night to heat your pool to 88\*F. \* A Weber 22 inch charcoal grill is provided free of charge. Rule #5: Take care of the home as if you have to pay to repair or replace things. Rule #6: Parking on the lawn is prohibited and the community will tow your car. See community parking regulations in the blue folder in the home or ask the entrance gate guard for help Rule #7: Please keep the pool/patio music at a level where it does not bother your neighbors. The Polk County Sheriff can give you a $500 fine for loud music. Rule #8: Be sure the child protecting pool fence is up when you leave for the safety of the next guest. Rule # 9: Please lock all doors and windows when you leave. Rule#10: Be sure the grills are clean before and after using for the next guest when you leave. Rule#11: Keep the temperature between 71\*F and 77\*F Rule 12: There are black wash cloths to use for make-up removal. The owner Tom is very good at communicating quickly and very helpful. This is on a gated estate which is very safe and clean. The community also has a clubhouse with large pool, lazy river, snack cafe very close to the house. The villa was our base for ten days at the start of a 3 week holiday. When we arrived late at night, the villa was immaculately clean and well presented. The villa is incredibly spacious (the photos don’t fully demonstrate just how spacious!) and all five bedrooms are a good size and incredibly comfortable. All beds are also very comfortable and the bedrooms are well kitted out, including tvs. We all slept very well! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked for a rental with everything you could possibly need. We ate in multiple times and were short of nothing. The laundry room was very helpful and being able to dry clothes in the garage was also appreciated. There are more than sufficient towels and pool towels which meant we didn’t have to bring any. The pool was a good size and well kept. We loved sitting having meals under the lanai each day. Sun wise, it’s West facing so it doesn’t get the sun first thing but that didn’t impact us. The sun disappears behind the nature reserve behind the house by about 6pm which is a bit of a shame but the reserve is a nice backdrop. The games room in the garage was fabulous and our children loved playing in it. The neighbourhood felt safe and the security gates made us feel secure. We had no issues staying here and were sad to leave. We have no reservations in recommending the villa to anyone. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! ##### Keith L. It was super busy in the area when we went to traffic was heavy but the homeless clean and was just as advertised. I would definitely recommend this owner. He was excellent to deal with. The onsite clubhouse and facilities were impressive, and having the option to order food on the premises allowed us to relax without the need to leave the property. The house is spacious and well appointed with everything needed for a relaxing holiday away from home. The villa was clean and nicely furnished. Communication with Thomas the owner was easy and he was a very responsive host. Solterra Resort is excellently located for access to the parks and the Orlando area. The resort itself had brilliant communnal facilites that we made use of (swimming pool, gym, lazy river) and it provided an excellent oasis away from the theme parks. ##### simon s. The place was very clean, and open with the tall ceilings, tall doors, very well maintained property as a whole. We could not have asked for a better place to stay this year. We worried about Hurricane Milton ruining our plans, but the constant communication that we had with Tom and him updating us of the home status up until our visit we were very well taken care of and less worried because of his input. We met the property manager who came and check on the pool to ensure that the pool heater was working for us and asked if we had any questions or concerns which we did not. The security and other staff on the property were great, very friendly and helpful. We only went to the resort pool area one day and enjoyed playing a little volleyball. Sadly the weather was not super warm the day we went, so we ended up going back to the house and swimming in our pool that seemed slightly warmer than the resort pool. We ordered Doordash a few times and they had zero issues getting in. We also enjoyed Tom's tv's with RUKU attached to all of them, on our kids tv in their bedroom we logged into Disney for them. We also enjoyed the garage/playroom where the boys spent hours playing in there. We cannot say enough about this house, the pictures honestly do not do the home justice. Love to stay at again!
