The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious family meals. Sit down to eat at the kitchen nook with seating for 4, the breakfast bar with seating for 2 or the adjacent formal dining area with seating for 6\. Relax together as a family in the comfortable living room and watch a favorite TV show or movie on the 70-inch LED HD TV. It does have some ware and could use some updates. But it served its purpose. Highly recommend they upgrade the beds, but other than that we had all we needed. Don’t recommend paying to heat the pool tho. The only heat came from water out of the hot tub and that was on a timer. It’s not like you could just get in and it be warm. But it’s close to all parks and just about anything you could need. The local Walmart was the largest and busiest I’ve ever seen. Overall, enjoyed the accommodations. ##### Echo P. There were 12 people in our group (8 adults and 4 kids). There was plenty of room and it was a short drive to Disney. The community pool and arcade were great. The problem was the upkeep of the house and the cleanliness. The house is outdated, and things are starting to fall apart. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The worst part was the cleanliness: in the kitchen, the cabinets are peeling and you can see dirt around the handles. The downstairs bathroom had a patch in the ceiling that had just been repaired, and drywall pieces and dust were left on the window sill and floor. Throughout the whole house, the floors were dirty. The carpets are worn, and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. The couch in the front living room was crumbling and left black pieces all over the carpet. The small rugs in the bathrooms by the toilets, showers and sinks looked like they either hadn't been washed, or are old and need to be replaced. We paid the extra fee for the hot tub and pool heat, specifically for the hot tub. It did heat up, but the jets don't do anything. Also, we thought the heat was either broken or wasn't turned on at first, because the dial on the house just kept turning like it is broken. It eventually caught and the heat turned on. Just very disappointed overall. Not worth the money in our minds. ##### Beth I. A couple of key features that we liked were the highchair and the gate for the stairs as we had little ones with us. Also, the fence by the pool was easy to secure.
