This spacious 6 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 14 people.  
\- Home Features: Home Features 6 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, Fully Equipped Kitchen Wireless Internet, Patio with Outdoor Furniture and Spacious Deck, Private Screened-In Pool and Lanai Spa-This is not a hot tub, this is only heated to the same temperature as the pool if pool heat is added, Full Size Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher Central A/C, Towels and Bed Linens, Telephone with FREE Local Calls  
\- King master suite - downstairs

\*NOTE: POOL/SPA HEAT is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $40 per night (can only be added for the entire stay).  
\*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee.  
\*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.  
\*GRILL rental: $95 including 1 propane refill and cleaning.  
\*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.  
– HOUSEKEEPING:  
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.  
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.  
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We don’t provide extra towels and don’t provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.  
\*As per Florida Law, we are not allowed to leave food items in the house for guests.  
\*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:  
\- $90 - each clogged toilet.  
\- $500 - smoking (inside and outside).  
\- $100 - each moved furniture.  
\- $350 - frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72°F).  
\- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.  
  
\*We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.  
\*Games in the game room may be under maintenance and are not refundable, since they are free for guests.  
  
\- THE RESORT: Pool with Lazy River, Outdoor Spa, Children's Water Playground, Tiki Bar, Sand Volleyball, Fitness center, Game Room, Sundry shop, Beach Access .  
It is only 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. Close to shopping areas such as the Millennia mall, Florida mall, and the outlets; top restaurants and the lovely town of Celebration inspired by Disney.

We had great time kids loved pool, and the guest pool area too. House was great only problem we had with 14 people we need more towels but, we made do. It was a great time

We were very unhappy with being charged for carpet cleaning when the carpet was terribly dirty when we arrived. Be very careful to report everything that is wrong and take pictures to have proof.

The home was just as described, including the amenities. The host was very responsive to all my questions. It was perfectly suited for our group of 11, very safe neighborhood. We would gladly stay here again and hope to next year!

#### Disney Area Luxury Home

The house is large and can accommodate many people. It has a nice pool area to relax at. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and very clean. The furniture has some wear and could use updating. Wall decor is missing in several areas. Wallpaper torn and ripped off in many areas. Needs some updating but a good value for a big family.
