Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2019 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Adarrin S. 7 mai 2019 #### Very dissatisfied The property manager of the property I have used in the past Reuion vacation homes,but they dropped the ball on this 1.never sent email for door code had to acquire it for myself 2.After checking in on a Thursday me and my family leave the unit only to return and cannot get in with all our personal belongings inside,we call VRBO only to be disconnected twice so I call reuion vacation homes they inform me that I can’t check in early I informed them I didn’t and I wasn’t I checked i the day before after six and the respond oh then they backpedal and tell me I had not signed a rental contract and I need the credit card on file and I’d ! Now keep in mind they have already debited my account days earlier and what if my I’d and credit card was I. The u it they locked me out of .So they said I should have gotten the rental agreement earlier we’ll guess what they send it to my email the day after I check in ! Iam done with VRBO as well as reuion vacation homes who I have spent thousand of dollars with over the years but all they had to say was sorry for the inconvenience after taking your money and we’re sorry for locking you out your paided in full unit !
