This large 1,630 sq/ft ground floor luxury unit is located close to the center of Reunion, offering convenience and luxury in a peaceful wooded setting. Located in the upscale Whisper Way Villas neighborhood of Reunion, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental condo is only steps from one of Reunion's playgrounds.  
  
This truly is a luxurious three-bedroom condominium. The spacious living room and dining area have been furnished to an extremely high standard. There is a huge 60" LED HD TV with cable and a PlayStation 4 that will play Blu-Ray movies. Enjoy music from your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone or tablet with the Klipsch SB120 sound system. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with the latest stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 8. Guests staying in this condo will enjoy luxury and comfort as no expense has been spared.

Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.  
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.  
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.  
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.  
Max of 6 cars per address  
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
