The land line never worked so I could never call to the front desk nor get a wake up call other than using my cell phone, which is not what I really wanted to pay for. I also didn’t have warm water for two days, but luckily that one was fixed. The booked room was called 1 bedroom villa, however it's just a one bedroom apartment in a 6 story building. Parking was always full. Hotel charged an additional +$30 per night, which was not clear on the booking from Expedia.
