The room was so clean, it was always something to do. We had a good time. My only issue was the staff not being that friendly for example, you say good morning and they don’t speak back. It comes off as they don’t like their job or everyone is angry I can be wrong but I’m mad I didn’t buy a timeshare when my kids was younger. The resort was beautiful, very clean, lots of amenities, staff was very friendly. Everything was fantastic! The room was very clean. We requested a few towels and they gave us many! We were driven to our room and when we left, they drove us up to the main entrance at check out. All staff was very helpful. With a sofa. Upon check in I was given a cracker box room one king bed, one room with bunk beds. And a kitchen/ living room . Very small. I did call the resort before booking to make sure they had elevators, do to a handicap I often use a scooter to get around. There are no automatic doors on any of the buildings. I had to wait for someone to open the door, or try myself. I was moved the next day.
