Brand New 2024! We know that reviews are important, and as a brand new home we have very few. We invite all families considering our new home to look at our reviews for our four other homes in Windsor Hills (The Windsor Wonder, The Windsor Fantasy, The Windsor Dream, and The Windsor Magic) at VRBO listing #840075, #93534, #2064414, and #2548198\. We are blessed to have received over 550 Five Star reviews across our homes, more than any other owner in Windsor Hills. We have just completely remodeled The Windsor Treasure. All of the appliances are brand new, the custom fireplace, all new mattresses, flooring, TVs and the list goes on. We also have a professional Arcade Room - not just a "game room". Our Arcade Room has professional arcade games like you might find at Dave and Busters or Chuck-E-Cheese's - there are no "toys" in here. All of the games are set to "free play" for our guests. Discover Windsor Hills at The Windsor Treasure. Bill and Donna's luxury villa at Windsor Hills, featuring a true south-facing private pool and hot-tub. We are one of the closest homes to the amazing Windsor Hills Water Park and Clubhouse, about a 5 minute stroll away. We own FIVE HOMES in Windsor Hills - The Windsor Treasure, The Windsor Wonder, The Windsor Magic, The Windsor Dream, The Windsor Fantasy so if you are traveling with friends or extended family please just let us know. \* Private South-Facing Pool \* South-Facing Pools get the most sun all day. \* Only 2.5 miles away from Disney. The closest resort that is not an actual Disney hotel. \* One of the closest homes to the amazing Windsor Hills water park - just a 5 minute stroll away. \* One of the closest homes to the large Castle Playground. Just about 90 seconds around the corner from our home. \* NO FEES for our guests to utilize the water park. \* Enhanced COVID-19 cleaning procedures in place. \* Contactless check-in via a personalized code for our electronic lock. There are NO FEES for our guests to utilize the Water Park or Community Pool. We will provide the names of your family members to the Windsor Hills staff so there will be no cost for you. For all non-registered guests, the wristbands cost $10 per person per day, but again that will be waived for your family. The most important feature of our family retreat is that we offer one of the few south-facing pool homes in Windsor Hills that also has limited view rear neighbors. While we do have neighbors behind us, they are at a lower elevation, so you only see the top of their pool area, which makes it quieter and less intrusive. Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on an aerial map. Most of the south-facing homes back right up to another property at the same elevation. Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. . Our home has 5 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has its own SMART television. Our arcade room is an actual room - no garage doors - and is air conditioned, and offers a professional grade air hockey table, professional basketball shooting game, professional skee-ball, two Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift racing games that are linked for head-to-head competition, and an immersive Deadstorm Pirates game where two players can sit inside of the game. We also have a multcade arcade game offering all of the classics, such as PacMan, Frogger, Galaga, and more! You will also have access to all of the amenities at Windsor Hills for no additional cost. Windsor Hills has an amazing zero-entry community pool, a large water park for the children, a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, ping pong tables and a putting green. We also provide our guests access to the Windsor Hills Fitness Center, which offers multiple cardio machines as well as weight/resistance training. Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney that is not an actual Disney hotel. Our home is only 2.5 miles from the main Disney gates, so it takes us about 6 minutes to get from our home to the Animal Kingdom. We are also right next door to the award winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course. Some resorts advertise that they are just "miles to Disney", but that can still be a very long drive. We are only 2.5 miles away, but it still takes 6 minutes to get to Disney. For resorts that are 10 miles away, it can sometimes take 30-40 minutes (each way) depending on the Orlando traffic on that particular day. We are available by both phone and e-mail during your stay, and we have a local caretaker who lives about 15 minutes away available 7 days a week should you need any assistance during your stay. Please note: The Windsor Hills waterpark will be closed for renovations between January 5th, 2026 and February 6, 2026 (approximate dates). They provided clear, timely, and thorough information about The Windsor Treasure and the surrounding area.The home is beautiful and exactly as shown in the listing photos—no surprises at all. It’s also conveniently located near shops and restaurants. When a toaster broke, they replaced it overnight, which really demonstrated their responsiveness.Our family loved the home, and we would absolutely stay here again. ##### Acacia P. The Windsor Treasure was absolutely perfect for our family vacation (wife and I, mother in law, plus 3 kids ages 15, 11, and 8). We had so much room to spread out. Having two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms plus an additional kids room and adjacent bathroom all on the first floor was fantastic for my wife and I, my mother in law, and our youngest. The third master bed/bath and another kids room with adjacent bath is upstairs, which was perfect for our two older kids. Our 8 year old son has autism, which meant that our Disney plans didn’t fully pan out as expected, however with the pool/hot tub, AMAZING arcade room, and the playground just two doors down the street made our stay amazing for not only him but our whole family. Bill and Donna are exceptional hosts and the work they’ve done to this house makes it hands down the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. Everything is new and updated!This was our fourth time staying at Windsor Hills over the last 8 years, but our first time at one of their properties. This house must be your go to if you’re traveling to the Orlando area, especially if you have multiple families or lots of kids. Also, the app that they give you access to has all kinds of detailed info about the house as well as recommendations for the surrounding area all available on your phone. No more old school guidebooks left on the coffee table for you to flip through. I cannot recommend the Windsor Treasure enough for your stay in the Orlando area! ##### Adam C. We stayed 6 nights while vacationing at Disney World and Universal Studios. Very short drive to all the theme parks. Windsor Hills is a very nice and well maintained gated community. My only regrets are that we didn't have more time to enjoy Windsor Treasure due to our busy schedule at the theme parks. We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the past 20 years and this one is on top of our list. We highly recommend Bill and Donna's "Windsor Treasure". You will not be disappointed . ##### Mike O. This house by far had the most amazing game room I could imagine being INSIDE the house, our teens could not get enough! But that's not to say the rest of the house was overlooked, the beds were wonderfully comfy after a long day in the parks. The kitchen and bathrooms had obviously been recently renovated very tastefully as well. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and even personally checked on us after a storm came through the area (which we amazingly hadn't even lost power for). The neighborhood is well kept, quiet, and charming with so many trees. This is literally the closest neighborhood of full sized houses to the Disney gate with Animal Kingdom being the closest park. A great fit for two families as well, with all the bedrooms having their own baths and spread out well throughout the house for privacy and noise reduction.
