It is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac, and looks out over a conservation area and lake. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each stay. Wake up to a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy your morning outside by the pool while looking out at the water. Came to Orlando for a graduation/birthday celebration to visit the theme parks. One day of the trip was a chill by the pool day. By way the view of the lake from the pool was phenomenal. My kids, or should I say my young adults, are easily bored. Between the pool, game room, the gaming console, board games, tv, and books NO ONE was bored!! Kinda wish we had another relax day . We loved that everyone in our group had their own bathroom. Made getting ready so convenient. Kitchen is fully stocked, and had pretty much everything you need. The only thing that was missing was a baking sheet, which we improvised and found a solution when baking cookies. Beds were super comfy. Super close to Disney, about a 40/45 minute drive to Universal. Would stay here again.
