Just so you know, a baseline set of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May-Sep), and 83 degrees in the winter (Sep-Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from (8 AM – 7 PM). During the winter, to constantly maintain a more moderate pool temperature, it requires a higher temperature (typically 88 degrees) and the pump is usually required to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $35 / Day. Please let our team know at least 48 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures. The house was a good set up for two families of 4 to share. Everyone was able to have their own space. We paid extra for the pool to be heated but it never did get to temperature so we tried to just focus on the hot tub and it wouldn’t hold a temperature either. My 9 year old son ended up having a stomach bug the morning we were supposed to leave and he couldn’t leave the bathroom. I understand there is a check out time for a reason but we literally could not leave. We needed access to one bathroom and the rest of the house was free for the cleaning service to come in but there was little to no understanding about the situation. Location was nice. The house was perfectly clean and well stocked for anything you need. Beautifully decorated. This house is huge. We felt there there was lots of space for all of us to be together but also have privacy. Love that there is lots of seating outside compared to some places. There were lots of towels and even beach towels. Great location Resort is great with the mini put and pool Property manager was quick to respond with any questions. There was plenty of space for everybody, and the teens really enjoyed the pool and game room. I cooked a couple of meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location is just 1/2 hour from DIsney, and you don't have to get on the I-4 parking lot to get there. We also went to the Tampa Bay Rennaissance Festival, which was only about an hour away. ##### James D.
