Great location in Disney. Kids loved pools on sight. Rooms are dated but clean. Bus transportation slowed due to renovation

The room was dirty The hallway was nasty looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks Hotel is under construction-very noisy, elevator is closed- rerouted to service elevator- very inconvenient Bus service to park is not working so you must walk to the swan to catch bus

Paid for another night in fees!

I did not realize I would end up basically paying for another night in fees. Be prepared for fees of at least $50/ day to stay here! I believe it is because it is not a Disney hotel on Disney property. It's worth it to just stay at a Disney property to not have to worry about all the fees associated with staying here. It's a beautiful hotel and the staff are wonderful but I could not get over the suprise of the fees.

They charge a mandatory $25/day service fee (for wifi?) that they don't tell you about til you get there.

Dolphin hotel decor still in the 70s

Pros: outside look, very close proximity to Epcot and Hollywood studios, restaurants,
Cons: Decor and the whole room state. Dolphin rooms need a renovation which they are currently doing. New rooms are better, BUT you will exp. adjacent noise
Location: great for connecting to 6 Disney theme parks and buses to other parks
date of visit : 2nd Aug to 9th Aug 2016 - on the outside it looks the bees knees. however you experience the reality as you walk the corridors to your room. the 1st thing you experience on opening the room door is the damp and the poor quality of air conditioning. Even the decor of the bathroom and sink area is '80s. Concierge , staff and pool area are very good and do listen to customer complaints, however action turnaround time is poor. on the 1st night we didn't have a roll away bed - despite 2 email requests stating we needed one. On the night rang concierge saying, "wheres the bed"?. assured me it be delivered in 30 mins, by 1230 am gave up and rang them saying dont bother as we need to sleep due to children. as the days passed , sink, and bath hole blockages, although were fixed the next day on request. I heard quite a few customers at concierge complaining of toilet blockages , which is the last thing you want on holiday. The dolphin is currently going through a whole decor /renovation overhaul, and it wont be completed til at least mid 2018. Im not sure about the adjacent Swan hotel, but my advice dont stay at the dolphin til at least 2018.

Very convenient

Pros: Beds. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Room needs updating. Food in hotel very expensive. Parking should be included in the price.
Location: Very close to Epcot. Parking was convenient.
Nice sized hotel. Convenient to all the venues. Older room. Bathroom facilities weak. Shower slow drain. Dim lighting. Needs updating. Beds very comfortable. TV not the latest.

Pros: I enjoyed being able to get to the parks by boat or bus.
Cons: The in house restaurant needs to be staffed properly to accommodate the flux of customers in the evenings.
Location: I loved having a choice of restaurants in the hotel and the great options of activities. The pools were also great.
I traveled with a family of 5. We did not have any complaints over the hotel service. We would definitely go back.

Nice hotel staff good Need more shuttles at hotel. Had to walk to swan for pick up. But other than that nice hotel
