Broken Luxury Mansion
The overall space of the home and pool was good, but the amount of broken items in this home was ridiculous. The main TV, dishwasher, elevator, spa chairs, oven light, garbage disposal, refrigerator light,
Multiple light fixtures in the bathrooms, workout room treadmill and tv’s, mold in the spa hot tub and on the ceiling, missing cushions on the balcony furniture, outdoor grill was disgusting and dirty, floors throughout never mopped & very dirty, & kitchen sink had black mold. All carpets needed to be cleaned or replaced they were so worn and dirty. The bowling ally and games had to be fixed 3 times. The worse thing was the smell of mold throughout the home. It hit you when you walked into the door. We had multiple people with severe allergy reactions from staying in the home. Would never spend that amount on a property again. We felt ripped off.
