Conveniently located on US 27, adjacent to Highway 192 and not far from Interstate 4, you can experience all that Orlando has to offer, be it the fun and excitement of the many world famous theme parks, the award winning golf courses (6 full size championship standard courses with-in ten minutes), the outstanding malls and retail outlets or the huge selection of quality restaurants and bars. You'll also find all the essential amenities located just a couple of minutes’ drive from Tuscan Hills including a variety of shops, a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart and a Publix supermarket. WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 15 MILES. Fully air conditioned & heated throughout and Free Wireless High Speed Internet. Bedrooms - The home contains four large bedrooms allowing up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably. Each of the bedrooms has a television with streaming. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. Primary Suite 1 - Features a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a garden tub, huge walk-in shower, his and hers basins and vanity mirrors, and a separate WC and private access via patio doors to the pool deck. Primary Suite 2 - Features a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a bath/shower unit, WC, basin and large vanity mirror. Bedroom 3 - Two full size beds Bedroom 4 - Two twin beds Located conveniently between bedrooms 3 &4 is the homes third bathroom which has a bath/shower unit, toilet, sink and large vanity mirror. Living Room - The home has a large open plan seating area located at the rear of the property and has patio doors which look out over the pool deck. The room contains two sofas, a large comfortable chair, and an entertainment center. This includes a flat screen television with cable TV, DVD. Kitchen - The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle, and coffee maker. There is also a good selection of cutlery, dishes and pots and pans. The only thing you need to provide is the food! Dining Room - The dining room is located next to the family room and kitchen area. It has a large wooden table and six chairs. Breakfast Nook - The breakfast nook looks out on to the Lanai and pool area. It features a wooden table and four chairs. Laundry Area - Features a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. You will need to provide your own laundry detergent. Pool - The Southwest facing pool and spa are surrounded by a large extended screened patio and include a covered lanai with ceiling fan. The Pool and Spa can be heated at an additional charge, (recommended from October to March). It is furnished with sun loungers and a table and six chairs, allowing you to dine al fresco. For your safety and comfort unbreakable glasses and tableware are provided for use around the pool deck area. Other features of the pool deck include direct access to a pool side bathroom (master suite 1 en-suite), and a pool safety fence and door alarm. The pool is serviced weekly. Pool Heat - Your pool may be heated for an additional fee of $30.00 per day and must be paid prior to check-in. 72 hours notification is required; contact Titan Vacation Homes for more information. The Tuscan Hills community has a 2,700 sq ft Mediterranean style clubhouse which offers many facilities ranging from a stunning lounge area overlooking the palm garden to a fully equipped games room and gym, all available for you and your family to use at no extra charge. At the rear of the clubhouse are tennis and sand volley ball courts, and a play area for the younger children. Licensed by the State of Florida and equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and pool safety alarms Home is SELF-CATERING which means that you'll have the accommodations and facilities to prepare your own meals but nothing additional will be provided. Villa was tidy and was great for what we needed it for. The information provided to us was accurate and anything we needed we had a quick response from them and even when we mentioned the pool not being very hot or asking where certain things where we go a quick reply and sorted straight away. The only negative with this villa as you would see from other reviews is it’s close to highway 27 although it was not an issue for us and you can hardly hear the noise, plus you are at the parks most of the day anyway. My family visit florida every summer, we were very happy with our stay at this property, especially the heat for the pool/spa . We’ve stayed at other properties but received refunds because the pool wasn’t heated. It’s warm in Florida but I like relaxing in the spa. This property had all the amenities and accommodations. I like that there’s a nearby Starbucks also. If we ran into a problem we received a quick call back to assist with what we needed. We had all what we needed , we’ll be be booking again this property. The owners were very responsive to some of the issues that came up from a neighborhood power outage. Rooms, beds, living spaces, pool and game room was what we were hoping for! There were a couple of drawbacks. Main issues is the house is at the edge of the neighborhood just on the other side of a major road. You basically hear traffic all day which is not terrible, but it doesn't make for great sleeping in the early morning. The only other minor issue is the house doesn't have a lot of silverware or cooking extras. It has all the basics, but not extra. The pictures are exactly as posted. There were a few bugs but this is Florida and they were dead so I assumed the house had been sprayed so we were okay with that. We arrived to find the home dirty and unclean, the kitchen and master bath infested with ants, small black bugs all over the kitchen, and cockroaches (not the large palmetto bugs that are common in the South...actual cockroaches)!! The floors were covered in black debris, there are dirty handprints and smudges all over the doors, door handles and walls, the dining table was covered with dirty food, and the deck and pool was full of black dirt and debris. Both the fridge and microwave were filthy inside. This is UNACCEPTABLE during normal times, but beyond comprehension during a Covid-19 pandemic! In addition, the air filters were disgusting and filthy which explained why our allergies were out of control. Went through multiple boxes of tissues and my elderly mother got very sick. Also, don't bother paying for the pool heat...it doesn't work and you will just be charged for the extra money. Can tell this property is very well cared for. Updates have been done appropriately. Everything was clean. Pool was awesome. The house was very clean. . Kids had a great time in the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. All we needed to bring were clothes and spending money, the house had everything else. A welcome break.
