Summerville Resort is a new and prestigious collection of town-home villas just 5 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World!  
Be among the first to stay in this contemporary vacation rental with pristine finishes & amenities. No need to wait in line to shower here; each of the 4 bedrooms has its own attached bath. After a day exploring the parks, come home to indulgence at the Resort, which features a community hot tub, heated pool, fitness center, playground, and a sleek Clubhouse.  
  
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.  
  
SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.  
  
VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal.  
  
COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS - The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed.  
  
POOL TOWELS - Summerville Resort does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home.  
  
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Summerville Resort is the ideal base-camp for your Disney vacation. Just a short drive from the parks (5-8 minutes, traffic depending), walking distance from the nearest supermarket, and within a couple of miles of restaurants and more shopping.  
The villa's interior design is contemporary and washed in Florida sunlight—the perfect mix of relaxed and refined style.  
Perks at this 4-bedroom, 4-5 bath villa include:

A Day at Summerville Resort  
Wake up in a comfy bed after a restful night's sleep and get ready for the day—all 4 bedrooms at the villa have their own private bathroom. Squeeze in a workout at the Resort's fitness center, a few laps in the pool, and your first cup of coffee before the kids wake up.  
Explore the parks with ease from this central location. Drive just 5 to 8 minutes to the parks, then return to your designated parking spot at the Resort.  
Pick up dinner ingredients on your way home and skip the overpriced park meals! There's a Super Walmart just two blocks away, and a Super Target within a couple of miles. Eat inside or out. There's a dining table on the patio, facing the lush, green space of a nature preserve, and a second dining table inside that's open to the kitchen.  
After dinner, pile into the comfy living area for a movie on the SmartTV, take the kids for one more dip in the pool or let them burn off the last of the day's energy on the Resort playground before they crash in their Disney-themed bedroom.  
  
Guest Interaction  
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Summerville Resort does not have a 24-hour check-in desk. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.  
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, simply go directly to your villa and we will be available to assist you when we come in the following morning.  
  
Guest Access  
You have sole access to your entire two-story villa. At Summerville Resort, you will also have year-round access to a shared, heated swimming pool and hot tub. A fitness center keeps your workout routine on-track, and a kid's play area keeps the little ones occupied while you work out.  
  
The Neighborhood  
Summerville Resort's central location can't be beaten if you want to be in the pulse of things, but also find peace and quiet at the end of the day, with a patio that faces green space.

Getting Around  
A car is recommended, but not necessary. One designated parking spot is included with your rental; additional guests can park in the guest lot, which is first-come, first-served. Uber and Lyft are also widely available.  
  
Other Things to Note  
  
· Pack and play and highchair is available upon request for no extra cost.  
  
· Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday.  
  
· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.  
\- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

#### So close to all Disney parks, even Walmart!!!

I’d stay here again any day over staying at a Disney resort. Way cheaper, washer and dryer, all kitchen supplies are there already. Didn’t go to the pool, just the condo. We were gone every day and to drive 15 mins to your own “house” was amazing. Way more space than any place we’ve stayed in at Disney (incl the Grand Floridian) and no stinky full buses or monorail needed. We didn’t have to fold the stroller up to ride the bus or monorail. If you need anything, Walmart is literally less than a minute away. A++++++ condo!

The house as well as the property are great. Lots of space in the unit and no lack of rest rooms. Only downfall was the traffic noise from the street behind the property. Very noisy all day and all throughout the night. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay

It’s easy to check in and check out. The property is great for our family of 5. The house needs to be deep cleaning, we found a couple cockroaches. The blinds covered with dusts. The uncleaned greasy pan was left inside the oven. The door of the laundry room was fixed right away after we contacted the management.

#### Great Property and Location

Overall like the space. The property is a nice size - 4 bedrooms gave everyone their space. Nice pool and nice fitness center. The location is good, but not as close to Disney as it seemed (a few miles still takes 20 minutes or more with the traffic). The negatives: Property was surface clean, but needs deep clean - carpets dirty and stained, layers of dust on baseboards. Told their would be towels at pool - there wasn't. We were finishing loading our car at the 10:00 check-out time and the door code was deactivated. Potentially dangerous if you had small children you left inside!!!

#### Beautiful townhouse with plenty of room very close to Disney!

This was a beautiful townhouse that had plenty of room for our family of 6. It was in a great location with plenty of great restaurants and stores close by. It only took 8 minutes to get to Disney which was awesome! The only big complaint I have is none of the bedrooms had ceiling fans. It’s difficult to sleep when you’re accustom to sleeping with a ceiling fan! Also, they did not provide washcloths for the bathrooms or dish towel for the kitchen, only hand and bath towels and dishcloth for the kitchen so bring some with you. Overall this is a great place to stay. We will return and stay here again when available!

#### Great property located very close to Disney’s Parks. It’s spacious, clean, and overall fantastic!

Property management was very responsive to questions and quick to resolve any issues we had, though they were few and minor. It was easy to find and access the gated community and property as well.
