Cette maison est de loin la meilleure louée. Elle est à 10 minutes des parcs (assez proche pour venir faire une sieste en pm), elle est magnifique, la piscine et le spa sont incomparables, les lits sont confortables et les électros sont de qualité. Les enfants ont adoré le game room. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement et s'assurent que tout fonctionne à la perfection. Showers also need new nozzles.Also Just know that even though the grill is mentioned in amenities know you’re not getting one except if pay another expense that unfortunately when we learned about we wouldn’t have gotten for 2 more days . It was a homely, contemporary villa, thoughtfully decorated featuring popular culture. There was plenty of space, a lovely pool to relax in and all of the necessary cookware, utensils and linen one would expect from a rental property.Information was communicated promptly prior and during our stay. When the pool filter switched off one morning, a quick message was all it took for a swift response and it was resolved within the hour.The home is in a lovely, quiet residential area within easy reach of our favourite parks. Location fantastic, we rented a car but when we wanted to go for a meal and a few beers it was really cheap to get an uber. Michel was an amazing host and was super prompt to reply to messages. The pool was nice and the shared spaces were nice and big so we were able to play board games and watch tv together comfortably. It was super close to Disney parks making for a less stressful vacation. Walmart wasn’t far away for necessities. We would absolutely stay again! ##### Cassie S. Place was clean a few random hairs on the sheets and towels like in any hotel. Can't contain everything. The host was on top of any questions I had. Thank you very much Michel. Simple rules that were easy enough to follow, like a/c wasn't allowed to be below 72 degrees and to be out at 10am sharp. They also don't return left behind items so double check. The only downside we had, the lighting in the game room was poor and no a/c. I saw a BBQ was listed, I didn't realize it was an extra fee and it wasn't on property. We had fun. A little bit of a drive to universal but Disney is right around the corner. We felt safe. ##### Christa M. We did not use the pool, but I was a little shocked when I recd the check-in notice and it mentioned that if we wanted the pool heated it would cost extra. This may be a common practice, but perhaps they should note that in the listing?As mentioned, we would stay there again.Thank you ##### J B.
