It has a classic design throughout with new high end vinyl flooring. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home. You will love coming home to this comfortable and well-appointed condo after a long day at the parks or conventions. \*\*A small Dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host. THE SPACE With the most sought after location on the resort, this spacious 2000sf layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a den with desk and a futon that sleeps 1\. The open plan living and dining area has dining for 4, a large furnished patio and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The south pool and lake-facing living area is open plan with a comfortable seating area with a 60" TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 4 with bar seating for 4\. The cook can chat with guests while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal in the fully equipped top of the line kitchen. All the comforts of home and more! Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished lanai. BED & BATH The master bedroom features a king size bed with new pillow-top mattress, top quality linens plus 37” flat screen TV in the master. The huge en-suite bathroom includes his and hers vanity, an oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a king size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have pillow-top mattresses, high quality linens, large flat screens and ceiling fans. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. LOCATION Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Real dishes and silverware, pots and pans -- nothing plastic. Lin & Geoff Chapman were very accommodating if we needed anything because they are on site. What a breeze it was arriving since we didn't have to check in at the front desk and were able to go right to the condo because of the key pad on the door.
