#### Convenient and clean

This is third time we have stayed at Vista Cay and we love the location! The condos are very roomy and comfortable. The Publix is right next to our area and there are many other shops and restaurants. We had a great stay!

Stayed for 5 nights. Hit Disney and Universal. Enjoyed the close proximity to groceries and easy drive to all parks. Clean and updated unit. Great communication. Would stay again.

#### Great Orlando Getaway

We chose to stay here for a family vacation and couldn’t be happier. Great location and close to all the parks. Very clean, quiet and family friendly with a brand new pool and bar area to relax during down time. Having Publix within walking distance was also very convenient to pick up any groceries. Plenty of nice dining options as well. Would definitely book again!

#### Great place and even better location

Very clean and roomy with perfect location. It is so convenient to Publix and the other stores including Subway and NYPD pizza that you can walk quickly there and back. Kitchen and laundry are also a big plus. Quiet and peaceful

We had a great visit to Orlando. The condo is quiet, clean, and true to pictures. The management has great communication. The location is great-easy to get to all theme parks, shopping, restaurants and attractions

Home was clean and well cared for. Owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Area was perfect for commuting within Orlando and was easy access to the turnpikes for day trips to The Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, and Cocoa Beach.

#### Family get together in Orlando

Great location, close to lots of activities! This unit had a great view of the lake that kept our 2 yr old looking for ducks from the balcony. And it was close to the the pool.

#### Perfect for our family!

We had a great stay! The condo and property were very clean and well maintained. It was the perfect amount of space for our family. The walking path, clubhouse and pools were excellent as well. Publix is very close to the condo, super convenient. Also loved that the pools are salt water. We would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future!

#### Soooo much better than a hotel! 

Really a great property - the pools were great and heated, the grounds were really beautiful. The room was really nice, we enjoyed all the extra space and accommodations. Super close to all the theme parks (even with traffic it was about 20 mins to Disney and about 10 to universal). Huge grocery store right across the parking lot, great location! We will definitely book again next time we are in the area. Thanks for everything!

Unit was close to dining options, major roads and close to Disney parks. Kitchen had everything we needed. Walked to grocery store more than once. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious. Unit was clean. Check-in was contactless and smooth.

#### Highly Recommend!

Next time I’m in Orlando, I will stay here again. Great centralized location about halfway between Universal and Disney parks. Fairly new condo complex, with secure gated access, with a lot of nearby amenities, such as a Publix within easy walking distance. The condo was as described, the furniture was extremely comfortable, and all of the applicants worked without issue. Check-in and check-out were super easy and convenient.

This was one of our best condo experiences! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to start our vacation. The property owners were welcoming, informative, and responsive. We appreciated the gated community, beautiful & relaxing pools, and its proximity to Publix, Universal, and Disney. It is the PERFECT place to stay when visiting Orlando. #### Perfect size condo minutes from Universal

We had a family of 4 and this condo was the perfect size. The unit was very clean and we even had a cute little welcome card on the table inside the door when we arrived . I love that it had a full size washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. It has a nice view from the balcony of the lake. Went to the pool on the last night and the unit had pool towels for us to use. Beds are comfy as well as the living room recliners. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent it again.
