Welcome to an extraordinary vacation home in the Veranda Palms, a fantastic resort with great amenities for your next family vacation to visit Disney World Florida and other known attractions!  
  
This spacious vacation home in Veranda Palms Resort is the perfect getaway for large groups or families, offering a bright and open layout designed for comfort and entertainment. The main living area features a large sectional and a wall-mounted smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the parks. The kitchen is fully equipped and features bar seating for four, two refrigerators for added convenience, and a dining table that accommodates up to twenty guests, making group meals easy and enjoyable.  
  
The games area brings fun for all ages with corn hole, pop-a-shot basketball, and foosball. Step outside to a screened-in pool with a spillover spa and Florida glass for added privacy, surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging in the Florida sun.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed  
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents  
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays  
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival  
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.  
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.  
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.  
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.  
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.  
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.  
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.  
Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.  
Max of 5 cars per address.Please park only on the driveway, cars will be towed if parked on the street at any time. There is additional parking at the clubhouse on a first come-first served basis
