All dads had their own private room and the boys doubled up in bedrooms. Plenty of room. Place was clean and close to the parks ( closer to Disney parks). I would highly recommend this place. Host was easy to communicate with and check in and check out process was easy and efficient. We did not use the pool, so cannot comment on the pool area. It is a gated area and the guard across the street had to buzz you in to get in property. Area is close to restaurants and groceries although we ate mostly in the parks.
